To complete the day, you have the option to add a visit to Barcelona Cathedral. You choose the option that best suits your trip!

Itinerary
In the first part of the visit, we will enjoy a walking tour through El Born and the Gothic Quarter. We will have the opportunity to stroll along one of Barcelona’s most important streets and see landmarks such as the Arc de Triomf, the Barcelona Cathedral, and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. We will marvel as we discover the multitude of details on the façades of the buildings we encounter along the way. We will walk through the narrow streets of the city’s old town and uncover the secrets it hides.
At the end of the walking tour, we will board a climate-controlled bus for a panoramic tour of Barcelona. We will make several stops at Montjuïc Hill, which was the Olympic area during the 1992 Olympic Games. The first stop will allow us to access the Montjuïc Cable Car, offering breathtaking views of Barcelona.
It will then be time to return to the office, passing along Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most important streets, home to two of Antoni Gaudí’s most famous works: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Starting March 16, 2026, this experience will be available in the following options: Barcelona Panoramic Tour, Highlights, or Highlights with Cathedral. Begin your experience with a panoramic bus tour of Barcelona's most iconic sights. Enjoy the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, where you'll see two of Gaudí's modernist gems: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Continue with a strategic stop at the MNAC Viewpoint and Montjuïc Castle as you explore the 1992 Olympic area. Enjoy the views from the Montjuïc Cable Car. Back at Estació del Nord, we will begin our walking tour of El Born and the Gothic Quarter for those who have chosen the Highlights or Highlights with Cathedral option. The tour will conclude at the impressive Barcelona Cathedral, where those with included entry tickets can explore its interior.

Nuria was our guide and she was absolutely great. We saw all the great sites and she kept us entertained and informed and she had many great side stories that were captivating. Like stories about Barcelona curiosities and the Catalan language and places to enjoy as tourists and things to avoid. Great cultural tidbits about each site. Even a romantic story about St. Jordi and the dragon. It was just a wonderful experience.
We did the tour with the lovely Nouria – a very kind and beautiful lady. You could immediately notice how passionate she is about Barcelona and that she has great knowledge about the city. She explained everything perfectly in English, which was very helpful for us since we came from Germany. At the end of the tour, she also gave us some personal tips about places she recommends in Barcelona, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend discovering Barcelona with Julia Travel!

The tour guide was very nice. We saw a lot of the area, inner and around to. Be prepared to walk for an awhile. So pretty views but wasn’t expecting a lot of walking .
