- Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the season you're traveling in. If it rains, we provide raincoats. In the event of severe weather, we will offer the option to reschedule for an alternative date and time.

We had an excellent time during this guided Segway tour. My sister and I really enjoyed the experience, which was both pleasant and original. The organization was also very accommodating and understanding following an error during our booking, which we particularly appreciated. Our guide, whose name I unfortunately no longer remember, was very professional, friendly, and attentive. A very beautiful activity that we recommend without hesitation!
Great to get the lay of the land on our first day in town and know what we wanted to go back and see. Julio was great and helped us get the hang of the segways. Amazing how fast you get comfortable on them. Pro tip - wear tennis shoes!

Great fun and great way to experience the city! Most of the tour was on the bike lanes. We never felt unsafe and the tour guides, one in front and one in the back, always made sure we were safe and doing ok. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is because I would’ve liked a little bit more explanation of where we were, history and facts about the city, but it’s probably not this kind of tour. All in all, great fun to experience riding on a Segway and the 2 teenagers with us loved it too! Said it was the best thing they’d done all summer. It’s a little wobbly at first, but the guides go slow, and very quickly you get the hang of it and are zooming around.

Our guide, Max, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt confident on the Segways before we set off. We had a fantastic segway tour experience around barcelona with the most amazing guide: MAX. He was very clear, positive and patient training the whole group, then was so knowledgeable and showed us so many hidden gens along the way. The whole experience with his leadership was excellent and one of the highlights for us and the kids of our stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend it.
