Driver great but process was not
The driver was great once we found each other. The directions of meeting point given by Viator were not accurate. We followed the directions of meeting point which was a 7 min walk away and we even asked employees at cruise port and they said there was no terminal 3. The driver ended up calling us and it turned out he was where we walked out of cruise port. Not what the directions said. Wished there was contact before that point and it was difficult to establish a time with the tour operator as a time was not included with the ticket. They did not respond quickly and I was trying to make contact 2 days prior.

Great service
They called. Before to pick up meet confirm , and the driver was so friendly , there was a lot of traffic and confusion out side the terminal but he waved me down and no problem with pick up

Barcelona Transfer from Cruise terminal to airport
I booked this whilst on the ship to transfer me from the Cruise terminal to the airport. Before I found it, I was going to book an Uber but that does not seem to have a guarantee it won’t get cancelled. The booking was really straightforward and I received a personal acknowledgement confirming my proposed pick up time. Pick up was seamless. The driver was awaiting at the exit of the terminal with my name on a board. He helped the party with the luggage and we went in the vehicle straight off to Barcelona Airport. The cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than having the Cruise Line arrange the Transfer. It also took away the uncertainty of trying to get a taxi from the rank at Barcelona Cruise terminal. I will certainly use them again. Many thanks.

Good service
We were aboard ship and had trouble contacting our driver. The help desk conveyed our docking time and the driver arrived promptly and picked us up at the designated time. We would use them again.

Great transfer for Barcelona airport
The coordinator reached out to us the day before our cruise departure and confirmed the time and pickup spot. The morning of, the driver met us just outside the terminal, helped with our luggage and we were at the airport quickly. No hassles and a great experience!

Absolutely seamless travel
He texted to let us know he was there, we walked-out and he greeted us. It appears that a lot of the TAXI vehicles are also Part of this system. We drove straight to the airport; good driver.

Highly reliable and recommended
