- Unlimited use on Barcelona City Hop-on Hop-off Tour for 24 or 48-hour, depending on option selected. Please note that the 48-hour ticket must be used on consecutive days

- You can only redeem your voucher on board the bus. The bus staff will give you your catamaran ticket, which is located nearby Columbus.
- In case of Catamaran cruise cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, a partial amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- Please note that the catamaran schedules are informative and subject to availability.
- Audio system adapted for people with auditory disabilities (multilingual looping system). Through this system, passengers will be able to listen to audio through your headphones without the need for wires. Seats that have this system are signaled and passengers who need the system to hear the audio will have priority.
- Remember that pets are only allowed if they are transported in a basket suitably prepared.

Highly recommend! The catamaran was a great added bonus. I recommend doing the 48h ticket simply because there is so much to see and do. The buses ran frequently which was nice and convenient.
It was great! We were impressed with the program and the buses were modern and clean. Also the driver was very careful.
Firstly I picked this trip because it included the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell abd at £180 for the 2 of us i thought was a fair price. Unfortunately and less than 24 hours before I got a message from the Tour Guide telling me we needed to pay another £90 for the Sagrafa and Park Guell 😡 . Adfitipnal.it states lunch is provided, its NOT so another £60 . So a trip tp see a few attractions turns out yo be over £ 300!! I would avoid this company if i was you.
Not enough information provided for an easy experience. I had to do my own research on the stops and where to catch the bus (not how I want to spend my time in another city, they should make this easier). We had to spend lots of time sitting in the hot sun at some spots while the bus schedule "caught up"
Once on each route we had to get off the bus and get on a new one, possibly because they were electric and ran out of juice? So after finally getting a seat upstairs, I lost my good seat because of the transfer. Also, on one route, we had to wait in the hot sun at a stop for the driver to go to the bathroom. Then 3 stops later, we had to wait again for the ticket taker to go to the bathroom
Our guide Anatoli was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I would book with him again.
Dear Sir/Ma’m, Actually, unfortunately, this bus, this city tour bus had never been able to serve us because they said they had no business with you, TripAdvisor, so the confirmation number and payment when we went to the office, they said no use at all; that is exactly what happened and we never received any code in our registered email: lucianizhu@gmail.com nothing to use as the ticket. This one is a disaster. Would you be so kind as to arrange the refund for this disastrous outcome? Best, Since we cannot reach you in Spain, which is another disaster. Tao and family
Total waste of money. Slow, slow, slow. It repeats the same guide messages over and over and plays music inbetween while stuck in traffic. Public transport (buses and metro) are far cheaper and quicker. We spent a total of 1hr 20mins on a 24hr ticket. And absolutely packed with people. Don't do it.

Meeting the right bus was very difficult. Hard to communicate as there is a language barrier. Ended up getting on the wrong bus which did not go to some of the places we wanted to see. It was a hot day. Bring your own water nothing is provided.

Did not have a record of my purchase through Viator. Route maps on app and paper maps did not match.
