The skipper, crew and boat were lovely and super helpful which made the experience good. The disappointing part is when we got to the ‘end’ of the trip we were taken back 40 minutes early. When we questioned this, as we had paid for 2 hours (2pm-4pm), they said that they moved our booking to 1:30pm. The excuse was they tried contacting us and we didn’t answer so they moved it anyway. This was booked through work so the group going had no idea the time had been changed. We were promised a partial refund for the 30 minutes we didn’t receive but this has still not been received a month later. Had the partial refund been received I would not be writing this review. As the time was cut short we also didn’t revive a good selection of snacks that were promised. Which again wouldn’t have been an issue if the partial refund was received. Such a shame as the hour and a half we had was generally really fun.
