Make sure the company is tracking your flight and if they wait more than 1 hr and 15 min there will be extra charge. We had flight delays and missing luggage and our driver was patient enough to wait almost 2 hours while we dealt with the airlines and missing lluggage. They were very patient and of course I made sure to compensate them as well but he didn’t have to wait per the written agreement. Encourage everyone to use Whatsapp as a form of communication too. They kept me up to date on the whole experience
