Great communication. Driver was on time and met me at the airport.
Communication was terrible. I had asked a few days before arriving in Barcelona where to meet at in the terminal and never received a response. We landed in Barcelona and I had to contact Viator in order to hear something from this company. Mind you we had been traveling over two days and just wanted to get to our hotel. I had provided all my information including flight arrival times and everything to Viator and we still waited an extra hour waiting for a driver to arrive. Although the driver that finally arrived was very nice, I would not use this company again.
