Mr. Malik was our driver and he was professional and courteous. We were delayed by 3 hours arriving in BCN overnight from NYC. And then we arrived and it took nearly 3 hours to get our luggage due to a strike/work stoppage by luggage handler company GroundForce(ops for United, Lufthansa, AF-KLM, etc). He kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout the delay and waited for us for hours. A true professional and gentleman. 15 out of 10 stars!
