Barca Samba: The best boat experience in Mallorca

Worst boat trip of my life!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND literally do ANY other boat trip than this one!! Left 15 mins late and literally drove maybe 20 minutes just out of the marina. Then the boat stopped in the worst possible place right next to the airport for a “25 minute” swim stop. The planes were super loud the dj went upstairs and just left like a radio loop playing. We ended up in that spot for 2 HOURS we asked the crew multiple times when are we continuing this is supposed to be a boat TOUR they were extremely rude and just said whenever the captain wants. Then we want straight back to the port and arrived 10 minutes early of course absolutely NOT WORTH IT!! Any hotel beach would have louder music less airport noice and the exact same swimming conditions. Bunch of lazy employees!

Ridiculous boat that shortens the ride and decides to stop operating on a whim. Shame on you

Had a good time on there, staff very polite and welcoming, big up DJ David and the reps kept us going.

A shame, horrible, an evening ruined by overbooking.

Had a very, very bad experience, Music -10 out of 10. Very poor service. Price is way too expensive.

A surprise boat party on my Hendo in Palma with my bridesmaids - this was a wonderful experience. I am not usually one for boats, i get funny out at sea - however, this was such an incredible experience, pizza was lovely, staff welcoming and very kind throughout the experience, we were served drinks promptly with a few shots on the house for the 4 of us - it was a delightful trip, the lights and DJ was really great - he even accepted requests very graciously!! Not overbooked either, so managed to have our own space and was comfortable to be dancing and singing around - i would highly recommend - thank you for this experience to all involved and for making this so enjoyable, memorable (though we were swaying when we got off.... drinks were flowing) I would say that the prices for drinks were quite steep considering the location but i think its expected when they have you in their hands...

Boat cruise with Getyourguide.com - katamaran to Ile of Cerfs Not a nice tour with a lot of boat changes and a very small boat. Very difficult for older people to enter in and out. The experiences on the tour was not very good. In Ile of Cerfs the Beach was not partically good to go on with bare feets, this should be named. At all this is not a tour I will recommend to other friends .. With bad regards HANSSEN

disappointing, the only good part was a good music and food was ok. other than that, we stopped only in one place instead of two stops, there was no life jackets nor noodles for staying long in the water snorkling equipments were not good , there was nothing to see anyway. I just think they are too busy and don't care about qua lity of excursion service and staffs were good, it is just not well put together excurions , boat is very old but beautifully designed and moves a lot, you can get sea sick pretty fast.

I can't give an opinion about the trip itself since we didn't make it. However, I would like to comment that on Thursday, July 10th it dawned raining heavily, we tried to communicate with the Enterprise from very early, 2 hours before the trip and they never answered the phone, or messages by whatsapp, we wanted to know if the ride was going to take place because of the weather, we never answered. We didn’t go to the place where we were called because it was raining. I want to be objective with my comments, the Customer Service is terrible, today no one has contacted me, the trip was paid 100%. However I do not doubt that the trip and experience can be very good.
