We all felt duped! We paid £222 (€258) in total for the tour just for four of us. This already felt expensive, but I’d done a pub hop tour before with a different company in Warsaw and it was incredible fun, over 30 fun people on the tour, some of which are still lifelong friends, for interesting facts about the city along the way, played pub games and was one of the best nights visiting lots of fun busy pubs within a short distance ending in a nightclub dancing until small hours! All drinks were included in the total fee prepaid…. My expectations were the same for this tour so paid the hefty €258!!! We met the guide at a lovely wine bar and had fun in our first bar, got a glass of white wine included free. No one else turned up on this tour (even though the guide said 4 other people were coming!) we never met anyone else new on the tour. It was very disappointing after that… the second bar I asked for a gin and ginger ale, we were trying to be forced to ordering a negroni which the bar socialises in. The tour guide let me to the bar and said i was paying from here on! The other girls with me weren’t happy being forced to order a drink we didn’t really want, especially if we were paying! So we asked could we go to the next bar, we walked for what seemed like 40 minutes!! We completely sobered, were tired after that long walk and lost motivation or fun factor. The bar we ended up in, the tour guide took our drink order, ordered and then a plate of calamari and chips were brought to our table!! We didn’t order it!! We drunk our drinks and I was asked to go and pay! I was so disappointed to see I was being charged €72 !! For 4 drinks.. looking at the bill I was also charged for the calamari we didn’t order - €26!!!! And the tour guides drink also!! So so disappointed and felt scammed!! He’s obviously getting commission from these quiet bars for bringing people here! We met no one else, learned nothing about Milan and paid total of €330 for 8 drinks!!!! Horrific! Don’t be fooled into this pub tour, Google good bars and go yourself!

Worth doing.
Guide (Gilberto) was very friendly & knowledgeable. We hit four bars in various spots in Milan, including the riverfront area. They were somewhat of a walk, but possibly because it was Ferragosto (Italian holiday) and not many places were open. It was also just the four of us in our group, which was a little surprising, but overall it was a very good experience.

Warm and welcoming
We found this bar by accident , but what a find, the welcome was warm and friendly the food was great and plenty-full. It was that good we went back the following evening. Would recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

You pay for the drinks all night, except for the 1st one. Quite misleading. You essentially buy a friend for the night.

Gilberto it was a very accommodating and very knowledgeable of italy and especially the wonderful city of Milan. We visited some very cool bars last night and had a great time.
