Bar Crawl in Punta Cana

Our guide was the best, and we had a great experience. The food and drinks were delicious, and the music was great. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely do it again.

Punta Cana night tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 I would give this tour a 4 out of 5. Overall it was a very lively, varied experience that we enjoyed quite a bit. The guide was very good. He picked us up at the agreed-upon location, took us to the different bars, and kept an eye on the group throughout the entire tour. On this type of tour, since it is mainly about visiting nightclubs and bars, it is not necessary for the guide to be constantly interacting with the group, so in that sense, he performed perfectly. We visited five places and I really liked the variety: a Mexican place, a Dominican one, a Cuban one, and other bars with a more sophisticated atmosphere. In a group, it was a lot of fun, and I definitely recommend doing it this way. Now, why am I not giving it 5 stars? Because I think it lacked a bit more authentic Dominican Republic. Most of the places were quite tourist-oriented. And personally, if I come from Miami to the Dominican Republic, I don't want to spend the whole night in places that could look like the ones I find in Miami. I also want to see the places where Dominican people actually go out and have fun: colmados, neighborhood bars, and more local spots, with music, atmosphere, and prices more representative of the country's daily life. In fact, at the first place we visited, there was a Dominican colmado on the corner that was much livelier than the place they took us to. 😅 And that made me think that a combination of both environments would make the tour much better. There was also an interesting detail: a group of Spaniards who started the tour with us decided to leave after the second bar because they considered the prices too high for them and could not continue. Our group, which consists of seven people and we live in the United States, is more accustomed to that price level, so we were able to continue without a problem. But I think this shows that it would be good to include some more local places, where visitors can also experience what Dominican prices and atmosphere are really like. My recommendation would be to maintain the variety the tour already has, but combine the tourist spots with 2 or 3 truly local sites. That would make it much more authentic, interesting, and different from a night of bar-hopping that one could have in any tourist city. Despite that, we really enjoyed the experience, the group stayed very lively, and we had an excellent night. I do recommend the tour, especially if you do it in a group, but I think it has the potential to become an even better experience by incorporating more of the true Dominican atmosphere.

So so fun be ready to see the DR from out of the resort and have a blast. Jose will basically do anything u want and u can stay however long you want wherever you are and always felt safe

Wow Jose was Amazing! From the beginning to end! He was punctual and had amazing communication! On top of that he had so much patience on every stop we had not only that but wound walk around the bars where we where at to make sure we are okay and didn’t make the evening rushed! I was recently on a bday/girls trip and we wanted to explore the Punta Cana nightlife but didn't know where we should go and also wanted to feel safe. Booking this bar crawl was the perfect solution! Jose was so kind and explained what to expect. He was very flexible and let us decide how much time we wanted to spend at each place so we didn't feel rushed at all. And he was always nearby or checking in to make sure we were having a good time. When the night was over he let us take over the music and scream sing the 30 minute drive back to the resort.
