• Children under 80 cm in height can enter free of charge. Child tickets are available for children under 140 cm in height. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and the accompanying guardian must purchase their own admission ticket.
• Adult tickets apply to guests aged 11–59 years or guests aged under 11 who are 140 cm or taller. Guests aged 60 and above are eligible for Senior tickets upon presenting a valid ID.
• Rail Cinema is available for children aged 2 years and above who are at least 100 cm in height.
• VR Experience Hall is available for guests aged 8 years and above who are at least 120 cm in height.
• The venue is open from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM on Monday–Friday and from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM on weekends and public holidays. Last entry is at 8:30 PM.
• Rail Cinema includes one 4D virtual roller coaster ride per eligible ticket. Session duration may vary depending on venue operations.
• One virtual reality game session lasting approximately 15–20 minutes is included only with packages that specifically list VR Experience Hall access.
• Ticket activities and admission privileges depend on the selected package. Please review your ticket option carefully before booking.
• Guests should ensure that the age, height, and number of participants entered during booking are accurate. Any ticket category changes or additional charges at the venue are subject to the operator's policies.
• Guests with epilepsy, panic attacks, or who are pregnant are advised to take extra caution before participating in the experiences.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Keep your wristband intact throughout your visit to re-enter the Main Hall on the same day.
