Please see the attachment for a Map and a Google Maps link as guide to assist with your pickup direction leading to the Harbor Shop Shopping Center pickup location. -After you exit the port Lobby gate continue walking straight and do not turn off. It's a straight walk. -Continue walking ahead along the walking path for three minutes. -Look ahead you will see your driver with the Company's Sign and Logo as listed on your booking confirmation email. REYNOLDS PIER PICKUP INFO: You will meet up with your driver at the gate exiting the port just before you get onto the Main Road. -After leaving your cruise you will go to a Bus parking lot on the port. -From the parking lot you will be able to see the main road from here. -To the left of the bus parking lot is the gate to exit the port. -Once at the gate, you will see your driver with the Company's Sign and Logo as listed on your booking confirmation email.

Coopa tours was communicative and prompt picking us up from the hotel. Our driver Courtney was polite and our bamboo rafter Shadow was funny/entertaining. Limestone massage left our legs feeling nice and exfoliated. A beautiful relaxing day surrounded by the scenic rio Nuevo and ocho rios sunshine ☀️
Courtney was the best ! He was on time and very polite. I told him it was my birthday and he decorated his car with balloons and a banner ! I would definitely recommend and book for future trips. Thank you court court !
The experience was okay: The time advertised is not the time we received and also was charged for limestone massage (which I was refunded for) although that’s what was booked! It was advertised as 2-3 hrs but only rafted for 5-10 mins then got the “massage” and was rushed back on the raft to return.. Our transportation driver was amazing he deserves a 5 star rating, would definitely recommend as well as the workers! I believe it was just false advertisement…

We also understand how the experience may have felt shorter than expected. However, according to our records, you spent approximately two hours at the Bamboo Rafting location, which included both the rafting experience and the limestone foot massage. On holiday from UK, first excursion we did was the bamboo river rafting. We got picked up from hotel Riu Ocho Rios, by our driver Desmond, who was genuine and informative, drove us through the town and gave us an explanation of everything we went by. The transfer vehicle was clean and cool. We arrived at the river and was greeted by the team there and our captain Noel who was great, with 28 years of experience, we had a great time and made some lovely memories. Would recommend Coopa Tours for anyone travelling to Ocho Rios.
