After lunch, unwind on deck or take another swim before returning to Kissamos Port, refreshed, inspired, and ready to cherish every moment. Please kindly note that on this route we operate two yachts — Lagoon 45 and Bali 4.5. We do not guarantee which specific boat your booking will be assigned to.

Our first destination, the enchanting Balos Lagoon, is a piece of paradise with its turquoise waters and soft sandy shores. Here, take a refreshing swim, snorkel, paddle on our SUP boards, or capture Instagram-worthy moments with our fun inflatable flamingo. Light snacks, including a variety of Greek cheeses and seasonal fruits, will keep you energized.
Next, we stop at Gramvousa Island, a place of rich history and stunning scenery. You can explore the island on your own, swim in its inviting waters, or simply relax on the deck and sunbathe. While you enjoy the surroundings, our crew will prepare a delectable Mediterranean-style lunch on board featuring fresh salads, seafood, meat, and a homemade dessert. A special kid-friendly meal ensures that the little ones are well taken care of too.

Pickup Locations & Times
Please wait at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Look out for a DaneriYachts Logo on the front window of the bus. Please note that the transfer cannot wait. If you are not at the pick-up point on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transport to the port at your own expense. Occasionally, the transfer may be delayed by 10–15 minutes, so please be patient and wait at the meeting point during this time.

The cruise was amazing. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and gives you interesting insights about the different points of interest and the beaches during the route. The food offered for breakfast and lunch was delicious and satisfying. Snorkeling gear and SUP boards are available on board for guests’ entertainment.

A fantastic trip from start to finish for me & my daughter! Alfonso & the crew were fun & so helpful & knowledgeable about the area, making our trip special & one we will remember for a long time. There was plenty of time at the stops to see the beautiful islands & go snorkeling back at the boat. Food was delicious & the atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend a trip on this lovely catamaran with the amazing crew. Thank you 😊

The lack of communication from the booking company was awful. We sent numerous emails and eventually had the hotel where we were staying call them because the operator could not speak English. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. There was also another family on our trip who experienced the same issues and had to take a cab to the dock. Once we arrived, the crew was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The drinks were kept in a warm refrigerator and served in plastic cups. Lunch was purchased in plastic containers and microwaved. Considering how much we paid for this trip, it would have been very easy to pick up a bag of ice and keep the drinks cold in a cooler. It was 90 degrees plus throughout the day. The food and drinks simply did not match what we expected for the price. We have been to other Greek Island boat trips that cooked their own food and the experience was far superior. I would not recommend this company and, unfortunately, the poor preparation and communication also affected the tip I would have otherwise gladly given the crew.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused. Regarding the drinks, our refrigerators are working properly. However, during the summer in Crete, temperatures can reach 32°C (90°F) or even higher. When the crew takes the drinks out and places them on ice for guests to help themselves, the drinks can naturally warm up quite quickly due to the high temperatures. We’re sorry that they were not as cold as you expected. As for the plastic cups, unfortunately, we cannot use glassware on board due to safety regulations. We use premium-quality plastic cups and serve drinks in clean, individual cups for each guest. Regarding the lunch, we would also like to clarify that we operate our **own catering service**. Our food is prepared with natural, high-quality ingredients sourced from local Cretan farms. The menu is developed by renowned Greek chef **Mr. Soultatos**, and we take great pride in the quality of the food we serve. We’re sorry that it did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We’re especially happy to hear that, despite the issues before and during the trip, you found our crew friendly and professional. We will share your feedback with the relevant teams, particularly regarding the communication and preparation, as these are areas we can and should improve. A perfect day, departure from the port with a stop directly at Balos where we stayed until 12:00, a perfect time before all the large ships arrive. Departure for Gramvousa where we had lunch with rice, chicken, vegetables, shrimp, and various savory snacks, finished with dessert and fruit! I'll return in the afternoon to finish the perfect day.

We had an absolutely fantastic day sailing to Balos Lagoon aboard the Steady Streamer. From start to finish, everything was perfect. A huge thank you to the DanEri Yachts crew for their warm welcome, professionalism and excellent service. They were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the day, making sure everyone in our group had a great time. The catamaran was beautiful and comfortable, the food was excellent, and of course Balos Lagoon was simply breathtaking. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Crete. So much fun & the best way to see Balos lagoon. Food on board was delicious. Both Yanis and Elis were amazing & fun to chill with. Number of people on board was perfect, saw other boats anchored with way too many people. Would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful excursion and a very enjoyable experience. To make it even better, I would suggest extending the stop by an additional 1 to 1.5 hours, especially at Gramvousa. This would give visitors enough time to hike, enjoy lunch, and have a swim without feeling rushed. I would also recommend replacing the buffet lunch with a packed lunch box. This would give everyone more flexibility to manage their own time and enjoy the island at their own pace, helping them make the most of the experience. Overall, it was an excellent excursion, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
