***Please read before booking. 7am depends on the retiran of sunrise balloon flight The title refers to our all inclusive package, which includes round transport from Mexico City, with available pick up in hotels, airbnbs and others at 4.5km from angel of independence, 35 minute breathtaking hot air ballon flight, breakfast with an specific menu in Iconic restaurant LA GRUTA , visit to a handcraft souvenir, to end with our visited guide tour in archeological zone with certified guides The starting price for balloon flight only, is our cheapest option and you will need to arrive to our facilities. Globopuerto Aerostat. Any other service will have an extra cost. Balloon flight and round transport is for the ones that have a hurry to get back to Mexico City. This will consider a pick up 4.5km around angel of independence and a 35 minutes balloon flight flight, you’ll be taken back to Angel of independence. *Flying over pyramids or close to archeological zones depends on wind conditions.

4:10-4:50am We will pick you up in your hotel or Airbnb as long as it is 5km around Angel of independence, punctuality is priority considering that various pick ups could be done in the same vehicle. For the 7am soto time, pick up would be breteen 5am and 6:30 am, this depends on the sunrise that shifts during the year since Mexico eliminated the change of time for summer or winter time.
6:00-6:15 am Arrival to take off area, Hot air balloon ride with take off minutes after sunrise, that will let you experience stunning views of the archeological zone from the moment you take off, surrounded by colorful hot air balloons in a privileged take off zone. *Flight above archeological zone is limited by weather conditions that determine the wind direction. This is a shared ballon flight. For the 7am slot you’ll be depending on the return of the sunrise hot air ballon ride of the 5am, we recommend to schedule this flight only if the 5am schedule is full considering that ballloon return may vary depending on the landing spot and other logistics factors. The 7am balloon flight is thought for those who couldn’t find flying space in the 5am slot and they are wishing last days in Mexico City or is last opportunity to live experience due to agenda.
After you balloon flight you will be taken to a natural CAVE to enjoy breakfast and an amazing view at Original Cave Restaurant LA GRUTA . Remember to take a photo by the entrance with your group. and will provide a 4 option meal including vegan, you can only chose one of this four, add coffee or tea, and artesanal Mexican bread. Main dish 1 to choose: Chilaquiles with eggs Chilaquiles with chicken Chilaquiles with beef Egg Omelette In case you want a different dish from Menu, plate will have to be paid separately.
After your breakfast you will be taken to enjoy a liquor tasting from the area and a brief demostation of the craft workshops, considering volcanic rock (obsidiana), color in textile crafts
During your access to archeological zone, a certified guide by the tourism department of Mexico, with spanish as a native language and english as second language, will give you the pyramids tour, with historical and official records. Entrance ticket is only included in all inclusive package.
After your visit to archeological zone, you will be taken back to Mexico city to Angel of independence due to Mexico City traffic jam during the afternoons.

Pickup Locations & Times
Pickups are available from select areas in central Mexico City, typically near the Ángel de la Independencia. Your driver will contact you the evening before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time and location, which may vary depending on sunrise and vehicle logistics. Don’t see your hotel? Try typing the name into the dropdown’s search bar to check availability. If your location falls outside the pickup zone, we’ll coordinate a nearby meeting point. Guests booking the All-Inclusive or Flight + Transport packages will be dropped off at the Ángel de la Independencia upon return. Guests booking Flight Only or Flight + Breakfast packages will finish their experience at our facilities in Teotihuacán.

Super beautiful experience! David the pilot put us at ease from the beginning, and Jessie organized everything very well. It was super beautiful, with the sunrise and the hundred or so hot air balloons surrounding us. It was my first hot air balloon flight and I will go back without a doubt!
Amazing experience flying over the pyramids just after sunrise. We had a terrific time and Aerostat is very professional. We were so happy with the transportation too! A few things to consider though, we were not the highest of all which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, we saw neighbouring balloons go higher which we would have liked. Don’t spend all your time making photos because they’re extremely expensive. They don’t tell you beforehand so it’s good to know (€60 for all photos, excluding drone shots). The cave breakfast is okay at best, definitely not a good Mexican breakfast but the cave makes up for it! So have to sit with the group, rather we would have liked to sit with each other and not the rest. At the end, something terrible happened. The driver ran over a dog and kept on driving. We were all very shocked and it took away the glamour of the flight. No communication afterwards. Disappointing..

Regarding the altitude of the flight, hot air balloons do not follow identical paths or altitudes. Each pilot continuously evaluates wind direction, speed and surrounding traffic, always prioritizing a safe and enjoyable flight. For this reason, neighboring balloons may sometimes fly higher or lower at different moments. We also appreciate your comments regarding the photography service and breakfast, as this feedback helps us review the experience provided by our partners. Most importantly, we would like to clarify what happened with the dog, as we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to witness. After the incident, our pilot and another member of our staff stayed behind to speak directly with the dog’s owners and helped arrange transportation so the dog could receive medical attention. The situation was not ignored, even though we understand that this follow-up may not have been visible or communicated clearly to the passengers who continued with the tour. We sincerely regret that this unfortunate event affected the end of what had otherwise been a wonderful experience. Animal welfare matters to us, and our team did take immediate action to assist the owners and the dog. Thank you again for recognizing Aerostat as a professional company and for sharing both the positive aspects and the areas where we can improve.
We had an amazing time on our trip and would recommend this to everyone. We did the all-inclusive package. The pick-up from our Airbnb was on time and our driver communicated his plans ahead of time. The balloon portion of the trip was incredible - no one in our party had been in a hot air balloon before and it was more than we could have hoped for. The staff do a great job of making sure you are prepared for the flight and explain everything. You are able to store your belongings in lockers in the office and then you are given a personal photographer who takes photos of everyone that will be going up in your basket, and ours was getting everyone to do fun poses before we got in. Once you get into the basket, away you go! Our pilot was David and he was a pro navigating the balloon around. He did only speak to us in Spanish, and while we aren't fluent, we were able to pick up a majority of what he was pointing out while in the air. The breakfast in the cave was also super cool and the staff there HUSTLE! I've never been in and out so quickly but it was great because we had more to do! They took us to a obsidian/craft location, which was cool, but we did feel like it was just a stop to try and get us to buy souvenirs. Thankfully we weren't there too long before they then took us to our last stop, the tour of the pyramids/temples. Our guide, Diego, and he was an absolute gem! His energy was excellent and he gave us so much information about Teotihuacan, including showing photos of what it would have looked like in it's prime and allowing us to go up the one pyramid. We spent about 2 hours total at Teotihuacan and that was plenty, especially as it was starting to get closer to noon and getting very hot. Once our tour ended, we were taken back to our van and the driver brought us back to the city! I cannot recommend this tour and this company enough - we had so much fun and are so glad we did this!

This tour was an amazing experience and had incredible value. Communication with the driver was a little iffy at first, but the team took care of us. Our pickup time was miscommunicated, but our amazing driver Pablo coordinated a secondary pickup and the company paid for our Uber to the stop. We had coffee and snacks during the safety briefing. Alejandro was a great pilot and gave us amazing views of both temples. Ricardo took awesome pictures and drone footage of us during and after the flight. The toast after the flight was so fun, followed by an amazing breakfast at La Gruta. Itza had waters and umbrellas for us for the pyramids tour. Diego guided us around the archaeological site with passion. Definitely recommend this company. The flight was smooth and safe and the trip was not rushed and our group was less than 20 people.

Great experience! The hot air balloon ride was so smooth and had such a beautiful view. The breakfast in the cave was really good. Wear comfy shoes for the pyramid visit! I loved that everything was included in this one great price!
