A Challenge Worth Taking
For someone whose life is usually pretty routine, riding a buggy in Bali was a completely new kind of challenge. I wasn't used to this kind of adventure, so getting behind the wheel and navigating the off-road track felt like stepping out of my comfort zone. But honestly, I wouldn't regret trying it for a second. Sometimes you need to do something completely different from your usual routine to remind yourself that there's still so much out there to experience.

Off-Road Turns Hit Different
The buggy made every turn interesting. On a normal road, you barely think twice about turning, but here every corner felt different because of the uneven track and loose dirt. You could feel the steering, the bumps, and the buggy shifting underneath you as you went through each turn. It made even the simplest corners feel like part of the adventure, and honestly, I enjoyed that more than I expected.

The Guide Had Our Back
The guide honestly made the ride so much better. Some parts of the track were pretty challenging, especially the steep sections and rough, rocky paths, but the guide kept giving clear instructions on when to slow down, turn, or keep going. It made me feel more confident while driving and I could actually enjoy the ride instead of worrying about getting through each section. Really appreciated how attentive he was throughout the whole experience.

Buggy Just Felt Right for Bali
What made me want to try this buggy experience was simply the idea of doing something new in Bali. Somehow, buggy rides just felt like a natural match for the island, especially with all the dirt tracks, greenery, and different terrain. I didn’t really know what to expect before trying it, but that was part of the appeal. It ended up being a fun way to experience a different side of Bali instead of doing another typical sightseeing activity.

The Track Turned Us Into Kids Again
There was something about the track that made us forget to act our age for a while. We were shouting whenever the buggy hit a bump or splashed through the water, then laughing about it a few seconds later. Even the smaller moments felt exciting because everything happened so spontaneously. It was one of those activities where we stopped thinking about taking photos and just enjoyed being in the moment.

It Was Messy in the Best Way
By the end of the ride, the buggy, our clothes, and even our shoes were covered in mud and dust. We got splashed by water along the track, and somehow that just made the whole experience more fun. We definitely didn’t finish the ride looking clean, but honestly, that was part of the experience. It felt like we actually went through the track instead of just passing through it.

I Loved Taking the Turns
The turns were probably my favorite part of the buggy ride. I liked having to slow down, steer, and then accelerate again once I was through the corner. Some turns were easy, while others made me pay more attention to my speed and steering. It made the ride feel more hands-on, especially when I managed to take a turn smoothly and keep the buggy on track.

I Wanted to Drive Again
Being the driver made the buggy ride feel completely different. As a passenger, I could just sit back, enjoy the ride, and react to every bump, but as the driver, I had to pay attention to the track, control the speed, and steer through the turns. I actually enjoyed being behind the wheel more because I felt involved in everything that happened on the track. Even the rough parts felt more exciting when I was the one controlling the buggy.

That First Acceleration
The first time I pressed the gas, I immediately understood why driving the buggy was going to be fun. The buggy moved faster and with more force than I expected, and I could feel the engine vibration through the seat and steering wheel.

The Track Really Tested Me
I thought driving the buggy would be pretty easy, but the track definitely made me work for it. The bumps, turns, muddy sections, and uneven parts meant I actually had to pay attention to how I was steering and controlling the speed. Some parts were easy, while others made me think twice before hitting the gas. It was fun realizing that I wasn’t just along for the ride. I actually had to drive and react to the track.
