You will have a great experience!
We asked for airport transfers and asked for all transportation during our stay. You can communicate in English without any problems. He is always smiling and full of hospitality. They also gave us a tour of the coffee farm and recommended tourist attractions we didn't know about, such as Garuda Wisnukunchana. They also arranged tickets for Kecak at sunset at Uluwatu Temple, which is difficult to get. If you ask this person to be your driver, I think your stay in Bali will be great for peace of mind and enjoyment.

Got me from point A to point B with no worries. However - Inappropriate Messaging and Stalking From Staff Member
Made my booking through booking.com, the drive was efficient and staff member waiting for me with flight tracking which was nice. HOWEVER, I continued to be spammed by the organiser with personal, flirtatious and inappropriate messages for MONTHS following - this was highly unprofessional and despite multiple attempts to ask this person to stop, several accounts were created on social media to stalk and get in contact with me. Extremely concerning and for this reason would not recommend using this company again.

send it to our staff, on behalf of whoever is bothering you, we are very strict about maintaining privacy. We have dismissed our staff who did negative things, we don't even hesitate to take them to the police station, if you complain, you can send us an email and you are still being harassed by unscrupulous workers who are no longer with us.
