No service
I had to cancel the service 1 week before . In that case they are supposed not to reimburse but to use the payment for another date . They never acknowledged the change for another date and now all looks like they consider to have rendered this service . Be very careful with these guys .

VIP fast track
Arrived in Bali and very thankful that I splurged on getting a Fast Track through the airport. 2 planes had landed before us from Australia and the queues were enormous - 300+ people. Our guide was waiting for us as we got off the plane and we bypassed all the queues. Had to wait 30 min for our luggage to arrive which can’t be avoided and is pretty typical I think. We were out of the airport and on our way to the hotel within one hour of landing. Bring cash for your visa. Will always use this service.

Terrible customer service. Refused to give a refund when driver did not contact me. Left stranded
Paid for meet and greet. Driver did not send a message via WhatsApp, or waiting with a sign. Stay away from this service. Was at the airport at 1:30am stranded due to this company. Terrible way to start a holiday.

Super fast
I was met at the end of the bridge and was greeted as advertised with my name on a sign and 15 minutes later I was out in the car park , everything was done for me and helped me with all my paperwork, highly recommend A++++
