Time slot
I booked a 1500 time slot for buffet, only to arrive and be told there is no 1500 time slot. Lucky we got there at 14.30 and the lunch slot finished at 15.00. The venue let us have half an hour. Trying to communicate with Viator was unsuccessfull. Will not use Viator again.

To clarify, as stated on both the official Viator page and the Baiyoke Sky official website, the lunch buffet session concludes at 15:00, with operating hours generally structured around 2-hour intervals.
However, we are very glad that our team could coordinate with the restaurant on your behalf to accommodate your arrival at 14:30 and grant you entry until 15:30 so you could still enjoy your meal.
