Immersive Entertainment Park takes 40,000 sq ft of space and consists of 12 interactive zones. – Guests navigate through millions of stars, gardens of blooming lights, the river of color that generates storms, and a waterfall that runs upside down. They interact, play and lie back on a vibrating lush hillside. Everywhere in Aya visitors receive unusual experiences that would hardly likely be tried anywhere else. – The trip begins with Aurora, where guests can interact with artwork by using their gestures. Then the travelers go through the Source, Drift, Outland and Pool areas. They proceed with exploring The Pool, The River and The Falls. After that guests enjoy the beams of light, projecting the vision of the cosmos at Celestia and the Flora zones. They end up with a robotic light show at Harmonia zone. – AYA is also a space where you can dance with avatars, find new creatures and interact with stuff that doesn’t exist anywhere else.

We parked on-location using Carrefour Parking I believe it was free but best to double check! If you have only received a barcode that says you need to redeem a voucher from counter this does not work at all! Please contact your tour operator via what’s app or within the app as you need the QR code that is what they will scan. Please do this before hand so you do not waste any time. Once you receive the QR code it will be scanned and you will have access to Aya universe. We arrived at 10am Friday morning and it was pretty quiet ! No food or drinks allowed inside. It was great experience where you can take a lot of cool photos ! Mainly just looking around taking photos of the different immersive experiences in different rooms ! Reviews say this can take 2 hours but only took us 1 hour. Overall a great experience and would recommend !
It's nice to do something different, it's a lot of mirrored places. It's good to do it in two/ three hours. You walk it all the way and it's close to the subway.
Fun activity! The venue has 11 different realms. Each room has its own unique theme of light, sound, reflections and effects. Very pleasant way to spend an hour or two, exploring the world of immersive art.
Good service over WhatsApp. Tickets received no problem and could just scan and enter the attraction easily. Price was good also
Incredible experience. If you’re ever in Dubai it’s a MUST! I would come back a thousand times. The service was amazing as well! Definitely worth the ticket price!!
Not knowing until after booking that I have to go through WhatsApp seems suspicious with all the scams going on these days. Luckily it wasn’t. After paying for it online, I should have been sent my ticket directly, but I wasn’t. I didn’t find out until after I got to the gate that I had to download WhatsApp just to reach out to them in order to get my ticket. I am from a different country and getting the app to download was a pain without cellular service. This made the process longer. But the fact that this wasn’t addressed prior to me booking is upsetting. This is the 1st time I’ve ever paid for something and had to reach out to someone after paying just to get the ticket that has been paid for. It’s unnecessary steps. When I did speak to someone from the company, they asked that I didn’t leave a review and only apologized for the inconvenience after I told them that an apology was all I was looking for.
