Here you can also see the beautiful Mercy Church, the City Hall, and the statue of an important “Aveirense” – José Estevão. Before enjoying the long-awaited moliceiro ride, we will give you a colored ribbon to put on the famous "Friendship Bridge" . You will leave your mark forever in Aveiro! :) In the end, enjoy a beautiful shared moliceiro boat tour. In this square you will be able to see the beautiful 17th century Misericórdia Church, the City Hall, the city Theater and the statue of the famous José Estevão, an important politician from Aveiro.
In this square you can see the former Convent of the Discalced Carmelites, the Aveiro Courthouse, the former Civil Government building and the beautiful Casa de Santa Zita.
Here you can see the Old Fish Market, an Art Nouveau building built in 1904 and designed by the school of Gustave Eiffel. We'll also enter the Bairro da Beira-mar, a picturesque old neighborhood of fishermen and men who worked in the salt pans. We will also see the beautiful Chapel of S. Gonçalinho, the patron saint of this neighborhood.
You will have the opportunity to take a moliceiro/mercantel boat tour on the beautiful canals of the Ria de Aveiro. Get lost in the beauty of the buildings, the salt pans and the old Campos Ceramics Factory.

A perfect start in Aviero!!
A fantastic way to get to know Aviero! Our guide, Rossana, was knowledgeable, personable, and energetic! The boat tour by Aviero No Coracao was a perfect end to an amazing tour! We highly recommend as a great way to start your stay in Aviero!

Walking and boat trip Aveiro
Antonio is a great guide. Lots of fun facts about Aveiro and had a nice walk. Boat trip was fun but the English of the guide was virtually unintelligible. After 10 sentences of Portuguese, English was dismissed by 1 sentence. It's too bad.

Amazing experience in Aveiro!
We had an amazing experience on our tour with Rossana! She was so engaging with our 5 year old. It was the perfect amount of walking and we learned so much about the city of Aveiro. I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with or without children!

Great tour!
Our history Rosanna was a terrific guide for our first visit to the city. We enjoyed learning more about our Aveiro and its history. Our family participated in adding our own ribbons to the bridges. The boat ride was entertaining and everyone had a great time.

Highly recommended
Wonderful tour of Aveiro, António told us the history and curiosities of Aveiro in a very pleasant and friendly way, taking a very complete walk along both banks, we tried the ovos moles at the oldest pastry shop. Afterwards, the moliceiro tour with Alex was also very pleasant and fun.

Great way to experience Aveiro.
Rosanna was a terrific guide. It was just the three of us in our group. We saw much of the city by foot. Very flat area for walking and lots of parking nearby the canals. The canal cruise was also excellent. Would highly recommend this walking tour/sweets tasting/canal cruise.
