Authentic Singapore Street Food Tour

John was an excellent guide and the tour was both instructive and tasty. The tour centered around the Hawker culture which was very indepth. I would certainly recommend the tour.

This was an interesting introduction to hawker centres. Gene was a great guide and very informative about Singapore's history, culture and food. We ate 8 dishes at 4 different locations. All very tasty.

Justin was great! His relationships with the different owners meant we got to sample a lot of different foods without huge waits. He added a little bit of history into the short walks between vendors, just enough to give context without being too boring for the kids. Was great with my two sons making sure they got enough to eat while encouraging them to try new foods but not pushing. Definitely recommend.

The Food Tour itself was very interesting & fascinating but I was so impressed with William, my lovely guide....he was full of knowledge & both genuine & caring, I couldn't have asked 4 a nicer guide....tk u William!

John Tan, our guide, was so enthusiastic about Singapore, imparting lots of knowledge about the history of Chinatown, particularly with regards to the development of the focal food industry and the Hawker Centres. Our guide, John Tan, was absolutely sensational, giving us lots of great history of Singapore and also the history of the food and Hawker Centres. John chose a great selection very typical of hawker style food, and it was all delicious and filling! We would recommend both this tour, and particularly, our guide - thanks John!!

Loy was extremely knowledgeable about Singspore history, city planning, street food, and culture. It was an extremely enjoyable 3 hours. The pace was good & choices of food fantastic. We focused on China town, Maxwell hawker shops, & Singapore city gallery.

This was a very personalised tour, with just the guide and my wife and myself. As well as explaining the food culture the walk around the markets also shed light on the cultural groups that make up the Singapore population. It was more than just a food tour and because it was so interesting the 3 hours went very quickly.

We had a great tour with John Tan. He was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about Singapore and the Hawker Centers. The food was great and I really enjoyed the experience.
