Your tour will start from Piazza Dante. From there your local and expert guide will take you to the famous Piazza Bellini. Known for its vibrant nightlife, here you will have an introduction of the history of the city and the ruins of the Greek walls while enjoying a tarallo!
Walk on one of the most ancient streets in Naples, called "decumano" during the Ancient Roman times, and discover the secrets and the delicacies of this magnificent city! Here your local and expert guide will take you to try mouth-watering mozzarella from a traditional shop from 1958, the traditional fried pizza from one of the best pizzeria in town and last but not least the best local street food, all while you learn about the highlights of Naples!
After tasting delicious limoncello, walk on via San Biagio dei Librai, known to Neapolitan people as Spaccanapoli - that literally means "break Naples in two". As via dei tribunali, also Spaccanapoli was a main street during the Ancient Greek and Roman times.
You will pass by the Music Accademy known as Conservatorio, one of the first established in Italy, attended by many, famous compositors such as Bellini. Few like a local while you walk in the narrow and crowded streets, see the local stores, eat local artisanal gelato and taste typical local pastries like Sfogliatella and Babà.
After indulging some sweets the tour will end at Piazza del Gesù Nuovo. Here you will see and learn about the history of this square, the church and the Obelisco dell'Immacolata. Absolutely brilliant. The food was amazing and gave us the confidence to eat street food again independently as we knew what we were looking for. The great guide, knowledgeable and good pace of your, didn't feel rushed. Really worth booking. Had so much fun.
10/10 RECOMMEND! This is THE street food tour of Naples. We booked this tour in April 2025 and it made street food tours one of our favourite things to book when travelling to places. We devoured Margherita Pizza, crocchette di patate, limoncello, deep fried pizza, gelato, fruttati e di pasta, aperol spritz, baba al rum and I think even more. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us about the city as we walked to each destination with some added humour in between. It was really well balanced with food, culture and great conversations. We left with full stomachs and very pleased with our experience. If you are unsure whether or not to book a street food tour in Naples, let this be your sign to do it!

Our guide, Mario, was wonderful and so was all the food! Mario was very personable and gave us a great experience. He seemed to make time to interact with all the participants and was very entertaining in his narration of the points of interest as we walked along. My son and I are both learning Italian and he was very patient and encouraging with my attempts to communicate in Italian. We ate so much we couldn't even finish it all!! Thank you for such a lovely time!

Our tour was fantastic. Sara was an amazing and informative tour guide, she brought a lot of energy and was very good about giving everybody the best experience possible. The food on the tour was also fantastic and we feel like we received a real taste of Naples! Great price for what was given! Come hungry and don’t be tempted to buy more food prior to the next stop because you absolutely will get too full!!!

The guide was excellent and was very knowledgable on both Napoli's history as well as details on the food. The pace of the tour was spot on, not rushed not too slow. And boy was I full at the end, after eating / drinking numerous different food items. Would def do it again. Def value for money. Food was to a high standard also (good quality items).
