We had such an amazing experience with Gaby's cooking class. She made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. Gaby is incredibly knowledgeable and taught us how to make delicious gorditas, chilaquiles, fresh salsa, and nopales salad step by step in a fun and easy way. Everything was authentic, hands-on, and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel her passion for cooking and sharing her culture. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and left with full stomachs and great memories. We would absolutely do this again and next time bring the whole family. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Guadalajara.
