Tour was really nice,...
Tour was really nice, especially the atv. My only suggestion is that goggles should be available even if it's to rent because atv with dirt without goggles was a little bit annoying. Enjoyed the bar, drinks weren't all that strong but it was a bonus. Couldn't kayak due to the sea being rough but I really enjoyed it. Ps, we arrived a bit late because the taxi driver got lost but I was glad that they waited for us. Would definitely do it again.

Did not meet expectations.
Unfortunately, this did not live up to our expectations. It took an hour from meeting place to start our ATV ride. The ATV ride was short and on dirt road. No jungle feeling. The jumping hole was fine but crowded and smelled of sulfur with bats hanging on the walls. The water although green was clear. My husband and I both jumped and enjoyed it. We then had to wait for a while for transportation back to the meeting place and sit through a tequila tasting for the two people who were interested. Then, at the money bar, the food options were very minimal. The fish and chicken tacos where the chicken and fish were cut into cubes were grossly overcooked. we did have several drinks with the open bar and those were good. We did some snorkeling, but snorkeling was also mediocre. Not that many fish and no coral reef within the swimming area.The blue waters though were gorgeous and we enjoyed just relaxing on the lounge chairs. Overall, not worth the money.

Regarding the ATV ride, our route is specifically designed to offer a well balanced experience that appeals to a wide range of participants — from first timers to more experienced riders.
The trails do take Guests through the natural terrain of Cozumel's interior including the jungle paths that lead to the Jade Cavern cenote, which by its very nature requires driving through jungle surroundings to reach it. The overall experience is designed to offer the right balance of adventure, culture, and nature rather than an exclusively off-road focused ride and this is reflected in the overall satisfaction of the vast majority of our Guests.
Regarding the Jade Cavern, the characteristics you describe — the bats, the sulfur scent, and the green tinted water — are entirely natural features of this unique inland cenote ecosystem that has existed for thousands of years. We are glad you and your husband enjoyed the jump!
Regarding the food, we appreciate your honest feedback on the tacos and want to clarify that our kitchen Team is always happy to accommodate requests if something is not to a Guest's liking. Had we been made aware during your visit we would have been glad to make adjustments to ensure a more satisfying meal.
Regarding the tequila tasting, this is an included cultural stop on the tour itinerary and while we understand it may not appeal to every Guest it is a highlight that many of our participants genuinely enjoy. We appreciate your patience during that portion of the day.
Regarding the snorkeling, the Money Bar snorkel experience is a shoreline based activity designed for relaxed and accessible snorkeling in calm and beautiful blue waters. It is not a reef snorkeling excursion — to visit Cozumel's magnificent coral reefs and large coral formations a dedicated boat based snorkel tour of three to four hours is required. This distinction is an important one and we want to ensure future Guests have the right expectations when choosing between our different tour offerings.

Fun with ATVs and tequila!
Edgar was a friendly, experienced guide. I felt safe with my daughters driving the ATVs. And they gave me the most powerful ride! The photographer was wonderful and taking shots at every corner. Loved the tequila tasting at the end with Jorge. Fantastic overall experience!

Great day in Cozumel!
We had a great time on the atv's, although we do wish we could have had more freedom it was still fun. The cenote was awesome and we enjoyed riding through the nearby village. We tried amazing tequila and had a great time at money bar at the end.
