Pickup Locations & Times
If you have selected the Meeting Point option, please proceed to the meeting point for pick-up. Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point. Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please contact us as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly. Keep in mind that this is a shared transportation service, so the van is not private. All seats are standard size, as is typical for this kind of transfer.

- Minimum age to participate is 4 years old. Minimum height required is 1 metre (3.28 ft).
- Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines is 130 kg/ 286 lb.
- Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines is 1.24 m / 49 in.
- Transportation to the park can take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point.
- Signing up a liability waiver is a must before participating in the activity.
- Safety briefing is highly implemented for your own safety.
- Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.
- Keep in mind that this is a shared transportation service, so the van is not private.

My guide was nice the guy names was Omar, but I want to give 0 starts for this whole trip just because at the end I declined the photo package because it was overpriced for 4 people and I wanted to negociate, I don’t know what was the guys name who took our pictures but he was with Omar today is August 18, after I tried to negociate $20 off the guy started to tell me I’m insulting him and calling us poor, ruined my whole experience because of that and I’d never come here again, I don’t recommend.
This was the most amazing experience I have done in years I loved every minute and the people running this are amazing friendly and great fun
