Confirmation number: 1052794937 Booking reference number: 1439127215 I have already sent several messages requesting my refund, without any response from this company. On September 21st we waited at the door of the Golden Hotel from 10:40 am until 11:25 am for the driver to take us to the pyramids (see attachment). No one showed up for transportation!!! I request an immediate refund of R$407.70.
