Ismael was very funny, friendly and showed us a less trodden path at a very manageable pace. The hike with Yunus was very enjoyable, only moderately challenging, and was through a beautiful village. The lunch at a local's home rooftop was delicious and peaceful, and had a breathtaking view of the Atlas mountains. Would recommend.
Ismail was a perfect guide from the beginning: full of energy, joy, and fun! He expertly guided us to beautiful parts of the Atlas mountains and introduced us to all of the kind Berber people who made our meals. We had a delicious breakfast and some coffee by the river, then drove to where we met our local guide. He was also full of smiles and kindness, helping everyone as we sometimes struggled on the terrain he navigated effortlessly. He was very attentive and made sure we had breaks on shady spots. Lunch was so delicious! We are vegans and were reassured at every step that the food we were served was vegan (be aware that in the argan oil coop, honey is largely served in all of the toppings for the bread.) It was a small group and we all got along really well. Ismail has a wonderful heart and his enthusiasm and love for this area of Morocco, both the nature and the people, was very clear and infectious! It was a wonderful day.

We decided to take this tour to explore the Atlas Mountains, and it completely exceeded our expectations. It is an excellent tour for couples, offering a perfect way to share unique moments surrounded by breathtaking scenery and peaceful vibes. The landscapes along the way are stunning, but the best part was walking through the Berber villages and experiencing their culture and hospitality firsthand. Our guide, Ismail, was fantastic: friendly, very patient, and he shared amazing insights about the area. The lunch (a delicious traditional tajine served on a local terrace) was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. As a tip for other travelers, I highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the trail. It is also a wonderful idea to bring chocolates or small treats to give to the local children you meet along the way; they get so happy, and it is a beautiful gesture. Totally recommended if you are looking for an authentic experience and great value for money!
A fabulous tour that was excellent value for money. Ismail, our tour guide, was very charismatic and knowledgeable.
Mohamed was a great guide and I’m pleased that we took the slightly more expensive and higher quality small groups tour.
Very interesting and engaging tour. Mo our driver was very welcoming and knowledgeable and make the experience a lot of fun too.
It was a fantastic tour. Our driver Abdullah is very helpful and a very good guide. He is well experience and very informative. The local guide is very considerate and helpful too. Very much recommended
This experience has been amazing, we had so much fun with our guide and we met beautifull people duri be the journey. We saw the valley in the best way ever and that’s definatley something that you need to do when in Marrakech. The food? Amazing! The view? Spectacular! The people? Lovely! 10/10!
It was great to see the villages and Mohamed was an excellent guide. The pace of the tour was good, so we didn’t feel rushed. The hike is fairly short and was not strenuous, which we were grateful for given the summer heat. We enjoyed the experience a lot. Highly recommend!
