Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Tickets

We visited Atlantis Waterpark as a family of four and purchased the weekend evening tickets, which allowed us to enter from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. During the entire six hours, we were only able to try three slides, mainly because of the incredibly long waiting times. The queues were simply endless, and a huge amount of our time was spent standing in line rather than enjoying the waterpark. Even more disappointing was that from around 6:00 PM, some of the slides were already closed, despite the fact that our tickets were valid until 10:00 PM. This made it even more difficult to get value from our visit. Considering the very high ticket price, we expected a much better experience and significantly more access to the attractions. Sadly, for our family, this visit was a complete disappointment and certainly not worth the money. We would not recommend the evening ticket based on our experience.

The most traumatizing experience for myself , husband , for my 6 and 7 year old children. We arrived to the Atlantis to learn that the tickets we purchased were not valid . The Atlantis customer service said that these tickets were a scam and it not the first time . I explained I went through trip advisory and Viator . She said I’m sorry we Can’t let you in . I paid almost $300 and cabs from our port and back . We were devastated, we only had one day at Nassau and had planned this in advance. Kids were crying , and we had to end up spending close to $600 to stay until our port of call . In total it cost us $$1000 because of the scammers .

Well, where should one start... best with the fact that you shell out 175.- euros for four hours. That would still be okay if you didn't already need 45 minutes just to get anywhere near a slide. 85 AED is charged for a locker to store your change of clothes. You should keep the receipt for it, as the system with the watch doesn't always work. You can easily waste 30 minutes there until someone is found to fix it. Then off to the first slide. 45-minute wait, no ventilation, no misting.. The Americans in Vegas already did that better.. This shouldn't be a problem here, right? The slides are great, just zero management, zero system.. After that, lined up for the next slide for another 45 minutes. Note on this, because of the orange one in the White House, there is almost nothing going on here.. what happens here when it's normal operation!!!! . After three slides, it was closing time at the Trident Tower at 6:00 PM. Many others closed down too. What is that supposed to mean? I booked until 8:00 PM! The prices for food and drinks are extreme anyway, and then this. You just don't feel like denying yourself anything. Thanks, but that was a big ZERO.

This water park really is amazing and huge, the shuttle buses are useful to get around. There is so much to do here, I'd suggest that 2 days might be better, if you want to experience everything here. There is so many slides big and small for all ages. Some of the bigger slides get very busy and queuing times can be long, get to the bigger slide first thing!! Lots of places to eat, or order food from, it was nice being able to order food from a sunbed and have it delivered to us.

Absolutely shocking and diabolical experience. I’d advise anyone else to avoid this park during December or new year. We paid £210 for the 3 of us to attend the waterpark and the queues for the slides were unbelievably bad that my Husband and Son only got down one slide and used the lazy river. I gave up and never got down any slides, not one, I sat on a sun lounger and used the lazy river, that was it. I complained to management and because our tickets were bought through an app no refund was possible, was advised we should have paid express tickets at a further £100 per person. Get a grip, over £500 for 3 people to attend a waterpark, give over. Utter CON, they should not have crammed so many people into a park that hard working people paying normal priced tickets should be forced to endure such POOR SERVICE!! Even though sections at a slide advised “25 mins to go at this section”, then “now 10 mins to go” - it actually turned out to be double those times. It took TWO HOURS to queue for one slide. AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We have been to Siam Park, Atlantis Bahamas, Volcano Bay and loads more every other park has been exceptionally superior service than this utter diabolical s8 show of a park. It was the last day of our holiday too and it was completely ruined by this experience. All 3 of us left utterly fizzing. If I could rate this park minus ten stars I would. Avoid going!! Save yourself the pain, misery and disappointment. Or go if you are happy to she’ll out £200 for a day in a cold lazy river.

The tour provider did not send our tickets. Called the tour provider, spend about 1 hr at the check in counter waiting for them to send them to us. The clerk at the water park said it would have been quicker and cheaper to buy them at the park.

We absolutely loved our day at Aquaventure Atlantis. We arrived early in the morning and it made a huge difference. We were able to go through all the major slides before the crowd came in. I highly recommend going here if you’re a thrill seeker 😊
