This is the best way to experience authentic Greek food! We tasted spanakopita, Greek donuts, and coffee among other things. We also got to walk through the meat and fish market and the flea market. Ask for Penny. She’s the best tour guide!! 10/10 would highly recommend if you’re ever in Athens.

We had an amazing food tour and completely lucked out with a private tour also! My mom and I were the only tour guests that day and we had Lef all to ourselves. Fantastic tour with a great variety of tastes representing the essence of Athens. Lef shared food insights while we also learned history and his story. It is clear the tour guides at this company have a great reputation, as we ran into other tour groups along the way and they all said Lef was the best! Highly recommend for a delightful morning or evening 💕

The tour was led by a bilingual guide. The grilled octopus drizzled with lemon and olive oil, the pork marinated in a blend of oregano and garlic, are some classics food dishes we enjoyed. It was like a flavorful overview of this cuisine of this region.

Despite the rain deluge, we had a wonderful time on this food tour. Our guide Maria was fun and enthusiastic, and everywhere she took us was a culinary surprise. The tour is well thought-out, with a good variety of food and drink. The highlight is the mezze style meal that had too many dishes to count. I was afraid the dishes would be somewhat similar to Greek restaurants in the USA, but this was not the case. Everything was unique and different and new to me. I wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars!
