We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our driver George spoke very clear English and was a local Athens resident. He informed us of all the historical facts and figures - very knowledgeable. Also George customized our tour to our interests. With his careful timing, we were able to see the changing of the guard ceremony up close and he explained the symbolism throughout the process. We highly recommend this tour and driver- less crowds, drop off ffs right in front of monuments and timed the sunset viewing just perfectly.
We enjoyed the entire tour. Vicky, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She talked to us about the history of all the places we traveled too. She also pointed out places along our drive as well. We had plenty of time to sight see, take pictures and relax a little at each stop. We were able to have a drink and eat dinner at the top of Lycabettus Hill and watch the sunset. There was 8 of us in our group and it was a perfect tour.
