The driver arrived promptly at the designated time at the cruise port. We were a party of 11 with luggage and the vehicle provided was more than adequate. Prior communication was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Point A to point B with some solid commentary along the way. He dropped us on the opposite side of where I wanted to be but I did not know this until later. Had I been following in the map I could have corrected it.

Driver arrived early and vehicle was clean. The ride was safe. We had to re/route secondary to bicycle race.
I texted what time I thought we would be off the ship. There was never a confirmation of the time. The day before we docked I got a notice that the driver would be at dock ass Soon as ship was able to deboard but would only wsit 15 minutes. I had to change my scheduled deboard time and rush off ship. This was at 9:10. We waited for the guy with sign. No one was there. We waited 20 minutes and walked all around looking for a person with our name…no one. We called the number given…it said not a working number. Finally, we got in long line for taxi. I have used viator for tours and they were great. I do Not recommend them for Greece. Cost me twice as much and no service. I want my money back

The driver made us promptly at the cruise port with a sign with my name on it that was easily identifiable. Quickly pick this up and took us to a beautiful comfortable transport van and drove us very promptly to our destination point. He was patient drove safely and my family felt so comfortable that they took a short cat nap during the ride.
