They did not show up for the transfer, and they did not call us to cancel. They also did not answer the phone/ contact number for me or the Trip Advisor rep.
I had booked and paid 125€ by Revolut a Van transfer from Athens Airport to the Port of Piraeus for Sunday, August 31, 2025. 2 hours before the performance, Athens Transfer led by George Nurciu cancels the performance and promises me a prompt refund. George Nurciu never made the refund and no longer answers me. I am very disappointed to have trusted this Enterprise which does not respect its commitments and steals customers!!!

Once you opened a payment dispute through your bank/Revolut, the refund process could no longer be handled directly by us. According to banking regulations, any dispute requires a minimum of 40 days for the financial institution to investigate and decide. During this period, the funds are blocked and cannot be released by our company. For this reason, we kindly ask for your patience until your bank completes the procedure. We take our commitments seriously and never withhold client payments outside of the official process.
Was a very stressful free experience, George was there on time to pick us up both at the airport and again at the port. A lovely man, helped with our luggage and continually contacted us and reassured us he was there to collect us. The mini van was clean and luxurious would highly recommend.
The driver was excellent. Drove us to the port safely. we would recommend viator to friends and family.
We booked an airport transfer from Athens airport to Piraeus for 2.10am on 23rd July 2025 and paid €65 in advance. Our flight was on time and the airport was not busy, however there was no driver with a sign waiting to pick us up when we arrived. We waited in arrivals for 40 minutes, called the number given several times and got no answer. Ultimately, we had to pay for another taxi to Piraeus which cost us €75. We are 3 females and should not have been left waiting at the airport in the middle of the night. We have contacted Athens Transfer to express our disappointment in their lack of service and to request a refund and have had no response from them at all. A really terrible service from this company all round, so book with caution.
Hello, You should check your booking again before posting a review. You booked the transfer for 2:00 PM
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did not show up for our prepaid airport transfer. We tried numerous times to phone, WhatsApp and email from the airport, as did our friends, and were unable to reach them. We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel in Piraeus. We have continued to try to reach them this morning via phone, WhatsApp, email and the contact us on their website regarding a refund and to confirm the status of our return transfer in a week. Absolutely no response. Not OK!
This was a terrible experience! The tour operator never showed up and was impossible to reach by any means of communication. Viator was also difficult to work with in terms of guaranteeing a full refund so that we could feel comfortable booking another transfer to the port.
Tour operator was a no show! We waited for and hour inside and outside. So many tour operators were there waiting but not this one. Disappointed
Transfer was 1 hour and 30 minutes late And was not a private transfer that we had paid for. We were unable to contact the office and to contact the booking office for them to email the taxi company
We did not get picked up at the airport. There was no communication to us and we had to take a cab. We are currently waiting for a refund from Viator.
