Excellent!
We were contacted by Abdo the day before to confirm flight details and times. I was able to communicate with him when our flight was delayed. The driver was ready for us when we arrived and the car was clean.
Abdo informed us that he was able to organise other private tours for us while we were in Aswan if we were interested. We found the prices quoted to be competitive with other tours on Viator and the quality of the cars, drivers and guides were exceptional. In the end, we booked tours and transfers for Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada through Abdo. He always went above and beyond to make our trip easy and comfortable. The logistics were taken care of so that we could enjoy the sights and learn from our knowledgeable guides.
We cannot be happier to recommend this company for any transfers or tours you might be interested in! Thank you to Abdo for taking care of us on our trip to Egypt.

Wanted an airport transfer, also found a reliable provider for taxis locally
Abdo (Abdul?) reached out proactively, to validate the details a day before the trip. The communication was great. The driver was waiting for us, when we reached Aswan.
Given his great interaction, we also engaged him for some local travels as well as travel in Luxor. He was great!!
Highly recommend it. Tip!! This is Egypt. Bargain :)

Great tours to use in Aswan
We arrived Aswan late and the agent was in constant touch with me to plan for the pick up. The flight arrived very late but still he was able to pick us up and drop off at the hotel. I was charged extra for booking the hotel in new Aswan which he informed me about it and he seems to be fair guy.

Not Recommended
The taxi did not turn up. We spent 35 minutes looking for it which was extremely unpleasant as the other taxi drivers constantly harassed us. It was baking hot and we weren't allowed into the airport after we came out, including into the departure hall. We contacted customer service via chat as the call center didn't answer. We were told that the matter would be looked into quickly but we'd had enough and took a different cab. Viator did refund and taxi company apologised. However, not a great experience.
Operator response
We sincerely apologize for the delay experienced with your driver.
Viator has processed your refund.
Kindly verify your bank account for the transaction.
