Absolutely loved swimming with the turtles and seeing the other sea life! We were lucky enough to see a Rare Spotted Eagle Ray!! ❤️. But some outhouses need to be added at Tres Trapi Beach!

The government is also trying to keep Tres Trapi as natural and untouched as possible, which we completely understand and appreciate. This was an incredible experience and one I will never forget. Alan was incredible and a great teacher. We saw so much underwater wild life to include MANY sea turtles. Alan taught us about the animals and was a such a great snorkeling and diving teacher. Couldn’t recommend enough!

They double booked us - it was supposed to be a private tour. There was zero organization with the tour. They didn’t even have our booking (though I had a confirmed reservation and email confirmation)
We’re sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of organization. Your booking came in very last minute, and our team had not yet had the opportunity to confirm and properly process it on our end before you arrived. We sincerely apologize for that. We also want to clarify that we never simply combine private bookings. Our guests expect a private tour, and we respect that. The only time we offer the option to join another group is when the alternative would be having to cancel the tour altogether. This has happened on rare occasions in the past, for example when a guide unexpectedly called in sick at the last minute. Even then, we only proceed if both parties are comfortable with the arrangement and agree to it. As we understood from our guide, you did agree to join the group in this case. We offered this option so that you could still enjoy your tour, rather than having to cancel because there was no other guide available at the location. We understand that this may not have been what you expected when booking, and we’re sorry for the confusion. Please reach out to us directly so we can see if there is something we can do to make this right.
The guide was very nice. We loved that a video was done for us so we could just enjoy the turtles and not worry about our phones.
