Aruba Kayak Explorers

Kayaks are different than others I tried in the Caribbean. If you hadn't in Aruba, listen to your instructor.

Sendo is an excellent guide. He is knowledgeable and patient. The tour is customized to the experience and skill level of the group. I come every year specifically to experience Sendo's tour expertise.Carlos our driver was very pleasant and friendly and always provides information about Aruba during our pick up and drop offs.

What an incredible experience, we really lucked out. My husband and I ended up having a private tour as there were no other customers signed up for the day. Carlos picked us up bright and early both him and our guide Sedo could not be nicer. We had perfect weather, a lovely kayaking tour followed by snorkeling. Got to end the afternoon with a really nice lunch at Arashi Beach. Would absolutely recommend this team and we would definitely use this company in the future.

Carlos was an excellent driver, very knowledgeable about the area, and was able to point out interesting attractions along the way. Sando did a great job as our tour guide for both kayaking and snorkeling. We appreciated his knowledge about the wildlife and history or Aruba that he shared. We would definitely recommend this tour.

This was lots of fun and a very cool experience!! Our pick up guide was very fun, knowledgeable, and explained a lot. Our snorkling/Kayak guide "Sendo" was very cool. He was very personable, knowledgeable, was passionate about his country, funny, and overall showed us an amazing time. The kayak portion was fun but the highlight was the amazing reef snorkling that was very cool and beautiful!! Highly recommend.

Our hide was very engaging and made sure the experience fit with our abilities and experience levels.

This was a nice way to spend the morning. We had a friendly guide that first took us kayak paddeling from Mangol Halto Beach to Spanish lagoon. The kayak Company are not allowed to take tourists further than the road/bridge, so do not expect to have an adventure deep into the lagoon. After kayaking past (not into) some mangrove forrest, we were taken to a spot for snorkling. We did see some colorful fishes. The lunch is served about 30 minutes drive north at Arashi Beach, near the California light house. Good food, but why this distance? We had a good time, but felt that the description was overselling a bit.

Our tour guides were AMAZING! We would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone coming to Aruba. Both of our tour guides made my wife and I feel right at home. Being on our honeymoon, we really appreciated the way they took care of us. Kayaking in the ocean was so much fun. We stayed close to shore so that we were comfortable. Being my first time kayaking ever, I was extremely at peace… even in the ocean! Highly recommend!

Philip and Jorge were wonderful. We got to experience both snorkeling and kayaking. I highly recommend this excursion! Will definitely do this again when we return to Aruba!

Carlos was our driver and he was great. Showed up a few minutes late but everything operates on island time in Aruba so no major issue. The open air hummer was a bit windy on the highway and somewhat uncomfortable but not too big a deal. We met Sendo at the kayaking area. He did some quick training and safety instruction and out we went, 4 in the group went in double kayaks while I went in a single. The kayaking was fun and quite the workout. You really need to be in some decent physical shape to make the trip back against the waves and wind. Midway through the trip we made a turn into a much calmer harbor where we saw a turtle swimming and Sendo gave us some history on the island and the area. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Upon returning, we rested a few minutes and switched into some snorkeling gear. I struggled to keep my mask from filling with water so had to drop out but my family continued on and reported that they got to see a whole bunch of large parrot fish and other species. They raved about the experience. The snorkeling only lasted about 30 minutes. Upon finishing, Carlos drove us to a restaurant on the North side of the island for the included an air-conditioned lunch that he had ordered ahead for us (burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, cokes, etc.). After finishing, he drove us back to our condo. All in all a great experience. Although pricey, I feel we got our money's worth. I would recommend this tour.
