If you want to get the most out of a week long stay in the majestic city of Istanbul then you must enlist the assistance of Serif Yenen. The group I was with spent an entire week with him and all agree that he was excellent!!!!
I strongly suggest that anyone interested in art should try out the Ebru class. The room was filled with laughter as our instructors attempted to teach of this fascinating technique.

Highlight of our Istanbul trip
With so much to see and do in Istanbul, it’s easy for an itinerary to get jam-packed and hectic. The two-hour private Ebru workshop with Fatma and Serif was the perfect counterpoint to the bustle of the city. Recommended for the entire family - Fatma was so patient and gentle with our young daughter, and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. We also came home with the best souvenirs possible: art that we had made ourselves, using traditional Turkish techniques. Ebru produces such magical results, it’s hard not to come home with something beautiful.
