Such a lovely experience. From the very minute we entered via the team shop, we were warmly greeted by staff. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. You can tell that they are so passionate about the team and it shows. Would recommend this tour to everyone!! Fantastic value for money and you can go at your own pace. We did the stadium tour then came out for some lunch and went back round to visit the museum which was also included in our ticket.
First time at the Emirates Stadium. Unbelievable! I did the self guided tour and every employee was helpful and nice. They seemed to really enjoy their job and excited for fans from other countries to see the stadium.

There was NO experience. I booked this tour weeks ago and you cancelled on me 16 hours prior to its start. You offered me no reason and a halfhearted apology. When I complained you offered me a 10% discount on my next tour. I am not sure if I can trust Viator on any tour now. And a mere 10% discount isn’t going to add any confidence to that equation. I can’t in good faith recommend or use Viator anymore.
The tour was cancelled because the stadium was closed and access was not permitted. A cancellation notice was already sent to you approximately 72 hours before the travel date. We did not receive any response from you at that time. The cancellation was outside of our control and was communicated in advance. Your review claiming there was “no reason” provided is therefore incorrect.

Wonderful all inclusive tour. We liked the self pace and access to inner parts of the player experience. The staff are plentiful and helpful and the shop is amazing. I recommend this to soccer fans who enjoy this level of the sport.
