Transfers to/from Cruise ship: Hawaii
I am highly impressed with the Viator/VIP Transportation Services. I have absolutely "No" complaints. They were easy to locate in my time of need. Reservations were on point and time. They were right there, waiting for me. Awesome job, VIP.

Hawaii Anniversary Vacation
Booking was easy. The company showed up on time and the driver was very helpful. I used VIP transport for all 3 of my needs to and from the airport and cruise port. Simple, easy to use and attentive. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE
wait was supposed to be less than 20 min. We waited 1 hour for our shuttle to show up. Ruined our perfect flight on arrival.

On time transport.
I called the day before the the transport was scheduled to confirm the time and location. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship and he dropped us at our airline gate.

frustrated
Viatour did not make it clear that another company would be picking us up. We were not told the name of the company just a picture. The driver was great but we missed the first shuttle after asking the first shuttle if this was via tour and he said no because he had no idea. We almost missed our flight. You need to give more info that the company picking us up was VIP

Great service!
The service was great! They called to check in when we landed and there was someone to greet us at baggage claim. He escorted us to the van. The van was clean and the driver was very friendly and informative. We will be booking this service back to the airport because we enjoyed it so much.

Poor transfer experience.
Terrible. There told us they would meet us at baggage claim. When we arrived they sent us on a wild goose chase. Finally after waiting over an hour outside in the heat they showed up making us late for our cruise boarding g time Their excuse was we had too many y in Wakiki. We almost gave up and took a taxi. Very bad experience, will never book again.

Won't use this company again
Communication was difficult and information was inaccurate. One VIP representative hung up on us. Very stressful and unprofessional.
