don’t book here
The tickets from this company did not work thankfully the area 15 employees were helpful and at least got my QR codes updated however I was unable to enter the main experiences at area 15 without buying additional tickets beyond the level two tickets I bought here. The very helpful person there told me to always buy tickets from their website directly in the future.

Great Time
Hello,
I am writing to acknowledge my experience at AREA15 this past July. I visited with my family of five for the first time, and we had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely return.
We enjoyed our visit from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional care, energy, and fun that Tati and Cassius brought to our visit. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm truly stood out and made our experience memorable for our entire family.
It is always refreshing to encounter individuals who take pride in creating a positive experience for guests, and Tati and Cassius certainly did that. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be there.
Thank you for creating such an enjoyable experience for my family. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
Warm regards,
Aiesha

Become an Employee
Great experience, interactive, virtual visual display of art however, there is an ability to get out more of the experience. By the Employee card, gives you objectives like a mission, that way each room is more interactive. More for tween base or adult. Harder to conceptualize for younger kids.

Keep exploring, and you might just unlock a few AREA15 secrets along the way! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and tips!

Quite the Grift
We spent more than $700 on AREA15’s upgraded Level 3C experience for our 16-year-old goddaughter and three of her friends, primarily because they wanted to do Universal Horror Unleashed.
Before sending them in without us, I specifically asked an AREA15 employee if they were allowed to go on their own while we remained on site. I was told yes, no problem.
They were then turned away because they were under 18 and not accompanied by an adult.
I assumed we could simply change the tickets or receive an adjustment for the experience they couldn’t use. Instead, we spent about an hour at customer service and were ultimately told there would be no refund because we “should have read the website.”
It was only after AREA15 pointed to the website that we went back and searched for the restriction. We eventually found it, but the age requirement is buried and was not clearly presented to us when purchasing the package.
More importantly, I didn’t assume the girls could go alone. I specifically asked an AREA15 employee, received an answer, and relied on it.
Had we been given accurate information, we would have accompanied them or purchased a less expensive package. Instead, AREA15 gave us incorrect information, refused to make any adjustment when its own employee’s mistake prevented us from using what we purchased, and told us we should have found the answer ourselves on its website.
Mistakes happen. What made this such a disappointing experience was AREA15’s refusal to take any responsibility for its own staff giving a customer incorrect information, leaving us to absorb more than $700 in tickets we could not use as intended.

Terrible
Terrible experience. The staff were not helpful, nowhere was it signposted about only being able to pay by card. As an international tourist who only brought cash, the staff gave wrong information about where to get a prepaid card from. When we figured out where to get the prepaid card from, the machine wouldn’t accept our international phone number and no staff member were there to help us through it as it was kiosk only. Following this, by the time we made it to the kiosk the last entry experience had closed, leaving a journey down to area15 unnecessary.

Meow Wolf
We went to Meow Wolf. I went two different times it was very fun and entertaining.
Don’t go to the Barbi restaurant in Area 15, that was WAYYYY overpriced and the food sucked!

A full experience at any level.
We bought a Level One pass and had things to do for a few hours. Next time, we may get the bigger package because there is so much to do!

Spend your time and money somewhere, anywhere else
This was by far the low point of our trip. Went to this place with lot of expectations, my kid was super excited about it. But it turned out to be a flop. They make sound like multiple attractions but it basically the same.
“The Lab” for instance, has a bunch of VR games. Same headset, one standing, one sitting and one lying on your stomach (which by the way is not part of level 1 price) and most of the time the headsets didn’t work.
Then there is this game Depot, which basically couple of games that you play in carnival that your local fire station organizes.
I wish there was a way to get refund on the tickets.
Operator response
We appreciate your visit and the time you took to share your thoughts. It sounds like the Level 1 Pass didn’t fully meet your expectations, and we’ll be reviewing your feedback internally. If you decide to visit again, our Ambassadors are always on-site to help guide you towards the bundled experience pass or a la carte tickets that best fit what you’re looking for.
