Such a great day. The Arches and Canyonlands Tour was amazing. I’m overwhelmed with beautiful landforms in all shades of terracotta and maroon. Our guide Andy was the best—well informed, conscientious and fun. The backcountry drive was great but be advised that it is bumpy and there are heights!
Warren was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and very helpful and took us to areas tourists don’t usually get to see.
It was a great backcountry trip. Highly recommend! Adam was our driver and guide, he did an awesome job!
Hi there, Thank you so much for the great review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great backcountry adventure. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Adam-he’ll be happy to know he helped make your experience so enjoyable. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to see you again for another Moab adventure! Best, Sierra
We were packed into a 30 yr old Land Crusier for 8 hrs. It was not terribly clean and smelled that way. Our guide picked at things on his arms scratched his head and tossed his hair while scratching it. The A/C was adequate but it was a rough day and for $330/person (before tip) and then a solicitation for more “tip” afterwards it was kind of insulting.
Hi Clint, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience fell short of what you expected. We take your comments about the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle seriously. We also appreciate you bringing the guide’s personal habits to our attention. Those are not the standards of presentation and professionalism we want our guests to experience. We understand your frustration regarding the additional tip solicitation as well and will review the wording of this- it is meant to give folks the option to tip digitally, but not imply that additional gratuity is expected. Gratuity should always be a guest’s personal choice and should never leave someone feeling pressured or uncomfortable. We value this feedback and will be addressing these concerns with our team. We’re sorry we didn’t provide the level of comfort, professionalism, and overall experience you deserved, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. If you have more feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly at info@navtec.com Best, Sierra
Navtec took us off-roading to some great sites that are not reachable by regular cars. It was well worth it and the guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining! Especially Andy! Well worth the cost!
Hi there, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed exploring some of Moab’s incredible backcountry sites that you simply can’t reach by regular vehicle. We’re especially glad Andy made your adventure memorable with his knowledge and entertaining personality. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him! Thank you for choosing Navtec and for recommending us. We truly appreciate your support and hope to adventure with you again in the future! Best, Sierra
Our guide/driver Marsha was very knowledgeable about geology and the different attractions we were looking at. She not only did a great job of driving some very rugged terrain but also explaining what we were seeing. We had a nice, healthy lunch looking over a beautiful vista. The vehicle was well maintained and performed flawlessly. The Arches and Canyonland parks are a once in a lifetime opportunity and I found it much more enjoyable getting to look around instead of having to drive it.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear Marsha took such great care of you, both behind the wheel on that rugged terrain and in sharing her geology knowledge along the way. She has a real gift for helping guests understand and appreciate what they're seeing, and we'll be sure to pass along your kind words to her. It's also great to hear the vehicle performed well for you and that lunch with a view hit the spot. You're so right that Arches and Canyonlands are a once in a lifetime opportunity, and being able to soak it all in without worrying about the driving makes a huge difference. Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope to host you on another adventure soon!
Outstanding experience with a fantastic guide. We did Arches in the morning. We entered through a road from the back of the park and made our way to the front. As a result we didn’t have a line. Warren, our guide, explained the history of the park, including how it was formed, the original settlers who influenced the Department of the Interior to designate it was a monument and then a park. He explained forest and fauna. He took us to all the major Arches We stopped for lunch which he prepared that was light and filling. We spent the afternoon in the Canyonlands off road on the floor of the canyons. This followed the Colorado River and he provided story after story of this amazing place. This was definitely worth the money because we learned and saw so much more than anything we could have done on our own.

Warren was phenomenal. He was a great story teller, keeping us engaged all day. He was able to curtail the tour to our needs. Will return to Moab just to do more tours with Navtech and Warren.
Hi Olivia, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this great review and highlight Warren going above and beyond. We will definitely share this with him. We'd be happy to take you on another adventure any day! Best, Sierra
A great way to get to areas of the parks that most people don’t see. Seth is a very knowledgeable guide and was great to ride with. We would highly recommend this tour
