The theme park has 40,000 square meter of water park is designed for everyone to have a good time, with an emphasis on providing an open visual range that allows parents to relax in peace while their kids have fun playing in the water. The Aqua Natura promenade will lead you to the beach where you can stretch out in the sun and take a dip. Great place but expect to way more per person the ticket is the right to enter for the rest as far as the the bottom of your card even for the transat to rest like they expect you to come in swimwear and stay in the water all.the day
Yesterday we went to the park and after 5 minutes the problems started. They measure my daughter at 1.19 and she cannot go up (my daughter measures 1.21 according to a medical checkup) and that would be fine, but my wife noticed that shorter children were going up and sliding down, she brought it to the attention of a lifeguard (a shameless person) and the response was "I already measured her." From there the movie starts, I go and the same guy and I cross paths on the stairs and he told me "she cannot." We go there, I got furious because it was in front of everyone and my daughter was crying. It is a good thing it was not outside the park because there, as a father, I do not know how I would react. I went to management to file a complaint form but I did not want to waste that time and I wanted to be with my daughter. In the end I got in line again and they told me no and I told them that I would slide down anyway and that lifeguard called the coordinator who came immediately. The conversation starts when my daughter measures 1.21, otherwise I would not come to the park, and he asked me if my daughter knows how to swim, I answered him if you want I will throw her into the pool. Anyway, the girl slid down and started to swim and from there they gave her a 1.20 wristband. That was fighting all day and at 5:00 PM I got it. In such a way I will manage to get them to reimburse me for that because it is incorrect. Meter 1: 1.20 Meter 2:1.18 Meter 3: 1.14 Meter 4: 1.19. That is normal. To finish I thank lifeguard no. 80 who I immediately told I am filing a complaint against you and the one who could be my son because he would be about 20-22 and I am 45 made a gesture with his hand here is the number. Entendemos perfectamente la preocupación de un padre cuando se trata de la seguridad de su hija. Las limitaciones de altura establecidas en las atracciones responden a criterios de seguridad y deben aplicarse de forma rigurosa. La seguridad de nuestros visitantes es nuestra prioridad. It is not worth paying 50 euros for this terrible park at all, NOT RECOMMENDED and there was a lifeguard (coordinator) with a nose piercing who was hitting on my wife but let's see are we crazy or what and then my son was 1.19 meters tall and for 1 CENTIMETER they did not let him go down any slide. I FIND IT LAMENTABLE

2 Adults 2 Children (7 & 9) We got entry as part of our stay @ Magic Pirate Island & could eat & drink @ the Tropik Reataurant which is the one up the stairs. We didn’t realise you have to pay for sunbeds €6 on grey areas & €8 euros on blue areas I think it was so we picked ones at the front & when we was told we had to pay we decided to move but she said the second row was free so just did that so not sure how it really works. 110 is the height limit for the rides & they are very strict on this & for one you have to be 50kg or more. No hats, sunglasses, glasses, phones, shoes (unless water ones) armbands at all & no stopping to help kids get out the water either which is fair enough as it’s safety & if they don’t think your child can manage the want to see them swim & if they can’t you’re not allowed back on. We don’t pay for floats just used the park ones & ques were fast enough (we spent 7hrs @ the park as it’s that’s big & plenty for everyone. You are €65 low €75 high to go in the water with the Sea Lions which i thought was robbery as you don’t actually swim with them but you can see them from the side which is cool. They also had music playing & water aerobics & the water carpet. Great park, would recommend.

We traveled from the United States as part of the International Mermaid and Mermaid Convention 2026. As an underwater photographer documenting the event, I was impressed by every aspect of Aqua Natura Benidorm. The venue is outstanding, the staff is attentive and welcoming, and the food was excellent. A highlight was the opportunity to shoot in the sea lion tank, and parents and kids loved watching performances through the tunnel window. We also explored the city of Benidorm and appreciated the park’s conservation message around protecting marine life. This venue is a wonderful, family-friendly destination that inspires tourism while raising awareness about ocean protection. I’m looking forward to returning next year.

Avoid at all cost. No fun at all. Took our 6 year old and the amount of over the top rules they have is ridiculous. Here are the worst ones: 1. No goggles on the rides (if your kid doesn’t like to be in water with no goggles then tough - they don’t get to go on them). 2. Adults at the front of double rings to make it slower and safer 3. No waiting remotely near the bottom of slides to get your kids 4. Weighing people at the start of rides (I’m 80kg and had to weigh myself. No idea what the max weight is) 5. Reduced water on the slides to make them “slower and safer” 6. Banned single rings on the main slide making it doubles only. So if you have a small child you can’t both go on it 7. Aqua snake is a waste of time due to point 2. Literally got repeatedly stuck and had to push ourselves. Everyone had the same issue. Maybe someone had an accident recently and they’ve over reacted but it’s genuinely like they’re wanting people to have as little fun as possible. Don’t waste time or money here.

Everything was fine, were it not for the fact that they made me pay for an ice cube to put in my coffee after I had paid 136 euros for tickets, plus €9 for parking, plus another 30 * 4 for sandwiches.

They greatly limit the weight for the attractions. There was one that did not allow anyone over 187 pounds. And the new one limits between 110 and 220 pounds; my 12-year-old son could not ride. Another problem is that most require you to go in pairs, so you can only ride a few attractions.

As a family we love water parks but I have to say we were disappointed with this one. Once in you have to pay for a sunbed, then you have to pay for an inflatable for the rides if you don’t want to queue each time. We couldn’t pay for an inflatable as there wasn’t any available. Meaning each time we wanted to go on a slide we had to queue for ages for a ring and then queue again to get on the slide. There’s no a great deal of slides and in the day some of them were closed off. There’s teenagers were bored within a couple of hours. The pool isn’t big enough to have a proper swim in (it seems half of it was closed off for mermaid experience) all in all, a fairly disappointing time.

This time the attractions are super fun, and I love everything. The only downside is the lifeguards; some are nice, but there was an Argentine lifeguard who insulted some Americans, saying they had to speak English all day for them to understand. They were also rude when they left. A friend of mine got confused about the donut because he had just arrived and wanted to ride the adventure river. I think it was called that because he got on the green one instead of the blue one, but he didn't know, and the one above didn't warn him. The one below, who was the Argentine, did warn him and scolded him a lot. It was just a misunderstanding. It's true that my friend is a bit at fault for not waiting longer at the park, but the lifeguards should also be a bit more understanding. Later, in the Aqua Snake, the lifeguard was very unhelpful; we asked him to help us position the donut, and he said, "No, you position it yourself; I'm too lazy." I didn't know how to jump in because I was with a friend, and I said, "How do I do this? I'm afraid the donut will float away." He said he didn't care. So the only bad review I give is for the lifeguards, especially the Argentine one. Well, besides that, the food was really good, and the service was great too.
