Tour operator cancelled the tour and refunded me. They couldn’t find a tour guide. They should not take reservations if they don’t have a tour guide.
Andrea did a great job showing us Antwerp, including some of the more landmark places some hidden gems. He was flexible to adjust the agenda based on our specific interests. My only complaint is that the travel company that hired Andrea failed to pass along our requests prior to the tour. Andrea did a wonderful job adjusting on the fly, so there is no complaint against him. However the communication with the tour agency was poor.
They ask about your wishes but then don't do anything with them. And, guide far too late at the wrong location
Very knowledgeable tour guide. Quite the historian. We landed so much and saw many beautiful spaces.
A remarkable presentation of Antwerp. Very pleasant the route. The experienced and pleasant guide made the visit experience very gratifying. Thank you Marielle
Andreas had a wealth of information to share and took me to a few places I would never have found on my own! I very much enjoyed the tour. I booked 3 hours and that felt sufficient.
One on one was perfect. Tinne was an excellent guide filtering my sights to my preferences. I loved walking along the river and seeing the old escalator and fort.
Had a great day with Ludmilla in Antwerp! I highly recommend spending a day here, and the best way is with a local, private guide. Then you can customize your own trip!!!
Tinne was a very knowledgeable guide and gave us some very interesting information about Antwerp and its history. She was prompt and also gave us some extra time as well. I highly recommend this experience if you only have a short time in the city and want a comprehensive overview of the city and its history.
