Stress that could be avoided
We booked a private transfer for the first time. We were not entirely satisfied. Our flight times were changed, and although I updated that, neither my name was on any sign, nor was there any employee who was supposed to call the driver. After searching back and forth for a long time, I found a sign with the transfer company, and a complete stranger helped us and called the number. After that, someone finally came. The vacation started with stress, which doesn't have to be the case. On the day of departure, we have to go to the airport at four o'clock in the morning, and I am considering booking a different transfer in the hope that it is reliable.

Uncomplicated
Everything went smoothly, despite the fact that we were 2h late. Definitely recommended. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

Cheap but poor organization!
There was no one at the exit with a sign with our name on it that we could turn to. Therefore, we searched forever until we found the responsible organizer. Then it definitely took 45 minutes until the shuttle was finally at the airport and took us to the hotel. Not a nice start to a vacation!

Weren’t there to pick us up
Awful. Weren’t there for pick up. Originally received a text from them about the booking so rang that number, no reply. Found another number they sent a car took about 45mins, no water just a worn out car with bottles rolling about. Not a VIP experience and have subsequently cancelled all my bookings with them. May be cheaper than other companies but if they don’t pick you up, it’s worthless.

Prompt, reliable, clean and comfortable
Driver there waiting for us. The only miss information is that driver waits for you at the door with a sign which is not the case!
In Antalya, all drivers have to put the names on a wall and they wait by there. You want to the left from arrivals, and you will see the drivers and the wall. Pick up your name and the driver will come to you

could not fins the driver. They said that flight will be tracked but it was not. Took 35 minutes to meet the driver

We apologise for the delay. Our representative was with you, and it took between 15 and 20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive. The reason for this was that only one terminal is currently open at the airport and vehicles are not permitted to wait inside the airport grounds. We certainly did not wish for this situation to arise; we apologise once again. If you wish, we can also send you the vehicle’s GPS records.
