Ancient Yoga Private Class in Varanasi

Private lesson for my whole family. We have different levels of experience in the practice, but the teacher was able to unite us in a deep and fun practice, attentive to our individual difficulties, stimulating for the youngest of us. He also led us in a meditation experience. What an interesting experience! What a beautiful vision of life, what an ability to involve and guide us. Thanks, master!!!

We had an amazing experience with Sunil! We loved the introduction class to Kundalini so much that we booked additional classes for each of the day we stayed in varanasi. Sunil adapted the class to our level and depending on our mood (if we wanted more meditation technics or more asanas). It was perfectly tailored! He also proposes to teach different yoga types so don’t hesitate to contact him, to get the perfect experience. His schedule was also very flexible making it easy to plan other activities around the yoga practice. To finish we really enjoyed the beautiful soul and laugh of Sunil, we are very happy we met him ❤️ Highly recommended!!

Sunil is a really competent teacher and a wonderful person. I did both yoga and meditation classes. I learned many things concerning pranayama. The teacher uses traditional methods. I really recommend this Yoga center.
