There is no place on earth like the Fez medina. It is the largest car-free city in the world, with a population of about 160,000 people, who are still living much like they have for centuries. As your guide leads you through the labyrinth made up of the narrow city streets, you will see a variety of markets selling everything needed for daily life. The architecture is also amazing and you will have a chance to see museums, mosques, schools, and the oldest university in the world. There are also areas where people make traditional handicrafts the old-fashioned way, including the tanneries, silver and brass workshops, carpet weavers, and traditional medicine and herb shops.

Guide did not show up despite me trying to reach out and confirm our reservation the day before. Had to rebook elsewhere which is very inconvenient.
I contacted this company when a different company failed to pick me up for my tour. They were able to fit me in last minute and were super communicative and kind. They saved my day. I had a great tour through the medina with a wonderful guide who went out of his way to make sure that I missed nothing. I highly recommend!
A chance meeting with Ali, an independent guide,gave me the most wonderful and exciting experience of everything Fes has to offer the visitor - so much more authentic and fascinating than Marrakesh.
Fes's medina is a maze of history, culture, and color. The tour was fantastic, offering great insight into local crafts and traditions, though the narrow alleys can be overwhelming at times.

Mohamad promptly collected us from our Riad. We then made our way to Borj Sud and Nord which offers a panoramic view of Fez. Next stop was a mosaic workshop where you are educated on the production process and of course then given the opportunity to buy something. Prices were much higher than what you would find in the Medina but as with all things the price reflects the quality. We then went through Fez Mellah and had a short stop at the gates to the royal palace. Next stop was a tannery and again after a short talk you are then guided to the several floors of leather products on sale. We then enter the Medina and Mohamad expertly guided us through the myriad of narrow streets. This tour is fast paced and covers a lot of ground. This tour is a great introduction to Fez and whilst the stops to the several shops can feel a little pressurising at times, I think its also an introduction to the amazing history and craftsman ship of the Morrocan people. Mohamad was a great guide who is very knowledgeable about the area, he was flexible and professional and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Fez.

On my first visit, I went with a different guide, and we wandered aimlessly for over an hour without making any real progress. The second time, I chose this agency again, and it was a wise decision. Google Maps is virtually useless in the Medina, and if you're worried about getting overcharged by strangers, this agency’s guide will expertly navigate the maze of streets and point out famous historical landmarks, making your city tour both smooth and enjoyable. The streets themselves are beautiful and unique, with a captivating "Thousand and One Nights" atmosphere that’s steeped in history—truly worth experiencing.
Very good tour, the two tour guides were very good and knowledgeable. We can recommend this tour, but we were ready for a rest after, quite a lot of steps to go up and down.
We wanted an informative visit to the Medina of FES, it was perfect, an excellent and friendly guide who gave us lots of explanations.
He was the best guide. Helped us find great food. Our medina tour took longer than expected and he still finished the whole tour, Which ran late into the night. The walking guide was very knowledgeable we learned a lot and he kept me interested the whole time. Great experience!!
