My family and I spent 2 beautiful hours at this facility because we discovered a unique reality, that is, regarding the processing of diamonds, and above all we thank the employee Mr. Anas Salama for his professionalism, availability and illustration of the product.
The Royal Coster Diamond Experience was a wonderful and excellent experience that I and my sister would highly recommend. My sister wanted to do a diamond tour and I went back and forth as to where to do the tour and then what type of tour. We were actually able to do a tour with Royal Coster and another diamond center during our trip. If I had to choose one, I would recommend Royal Coster. Our guide, Hans, was very knowledgeable about diamonds and had an excellent personality for showing the factory and the diamonds. The tour is not a long tour but it is very interesting and truthfully we wanted to see the diamonds! With the Royal Coster Diamond Experience we were given an individual tour, and a gift bag. We then were able to see the diamonds - loose diamonds were brought out and shown to us. We were then able to shop in the store and try on jewelry. My sister ended up purchasing a ring and they bent over backwards to ensure that the ring was sized appropriately and that we had all of the necessary paperwork. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Impressive and interesting tour with many detailed explanations about diamonds and the cutting of them.
This was a great experience to learn about diamonds , their natural creation, polishing and get a much better understanding of diamond quality , polishing and the charisma of these gem stones. Additionally you get to learn about the history and legacy of Royal Coster and an overview of the diamond industry. Our guide was excellent , knowledgeable , friendly and fun, easy to talk to and discuss every aspect of diamonds. Finally there is a small museum that you can view at you leisure.

perfect welcome explanation Fabien is absolutely amazing; he explains things well.
Great tour with enough time to ask all your questions, clear explanations and beautiful examples were shown
Best experience in Amsterdam with family and two teenagers thanks to Fabian's exceptional hospitality!
I did the diamond experience for 19€ p.p. And with a duration of 45min. We were received by a friendly woman and were given a locker by her for an audio tour. That was a little confusing because I really expected that we would get a private tour by a human being. But in retrospect that is also a bit much to ask for the price. The tour is actually a small room downstairs where a number of grinders are also working. The information from the audio tour was fine. A bit long-winded and filled with a lot of side issues to fill the time. Interesting but not for much more than 20min. Then you can go up and the tour already ended there and you ended up in the shop. I wasn't interested in the watches. And at the rings and jewelry, a security guard was following us to make sure we were doing nothing wrong and the seller didn't have a look for us. It didn't feel very welcome or accessible to ask him questions. This while I really had a buying intention for diamond earrings. Missed an opportunity and eventually succeeded at another jeweller. All in all, we have definitely learned new things about diamonds and that 201 diamond is really very fat. But go for the 9€ tour. The other one's not worth it. And if you really want to buy something, there are really better jewellers around with better service and friendliness.
