Simone explained everything to us with great detail and kindness. We were able to see real examples of diamonds to better understand the differences that make them unique. Simone was a great host and the tour was a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Insightful Diamond Tour
Pauline was super helpful and talked through the whole cutting/polishing work. She was really accomodating and posed for a picture with us and her Guiness World Record certificate for polishing the World's smallest Diamond in 1994 (record still held today). Really insightful tour with audio guides included.
