Finn was great. We had another family of 5 with young kids who were not strong cyclists. He was very patient with them and very helpful. Next time I will book a private tour with my family!
Very convenient and fast for both departure and return. Friendly and perfectly bilingual staff. Provides good advice on routes. The bikes are well-maintained and have two braking methods (handlebars and coaster brakes). We would, however, have liked multiple chainrings and sprockets to adjust the effort. (Not vital, but interesting at times). Finally, the company is very professional and is not a tourist trap!

Amazing ride, even better guide. Felt like we saw literally all of Amsterdam, both rural and urban while learning the distinct culture and background of the city!!!
