Best way to travel between 2 country's easy and safe Agency handled everything for me and I didn't do any thing 5 star
Do not book this Amman - Israel or vice versa border crossing transfer through Viator platform with this agency - Tour Experts. They failed to list under what’s included / excluded the limit on luggage (ie 1 luggage per passenger). The Tour Experts rep came to the hotel to charge us an extra 475 USD for 1 additional luggage. Although the drivers were kind and courteous, this simply was nothing more than a taxi drive to the border crossings. After we did everything ourselves - pay the exit tax, baggage handlers, bus fee - ALL which were in addition to the 1,450 USD, we then had to wait for the bus to take us to the next border crossing (Israel) to meet our other Taxi driver. Save yourself from being scammed. Pay for a taxi or private driver and purchase VIP service at the borders. We did this on our return. We paid not even a fifth of the price! You’ll save hundreds of dollars!!
Hi First of all we included in the transfer that each traveler can have one luggage, so this information is so clear, and you had 2 extra large luggage for each of you, wheelchair and 1 hand bag, witch came in total of 6 extra large luggage, one wheelchair and 3 hand bags, witch will not fit in one car, then you asked to upgrade for a minivan for 3 people, so for sure we will charge extra, because using 2 minivans for 3 people is not what we offered in our service so please next time when you book any transfer or tour, make sure that read all information and also we are sure that there is no agency in the world will provide 2 minivans for the same price

we couldn't do this with out Ahmad, as he stay in touch with us from the time we left Amman till we arrived to Jerusalem, the process on border seems to be complicated but the our driver Nabeel and Ahmad from office it was so easy as they take care for everything for us
the transfer was so smooth and we got all the information we need to cross the border from creative team before the transfer
i do this trip every month, first time i use this company and it was a mistake i didn't use them from the first because usually it take me 4 to 5 hours to arrive even with the VIP service with them i arrived in 2 hours without any effort and it was so smooth
